Rihanna’s Gorgeous $10 Million Dollar Dream Home
According to X17online blog, our girl Rihanna just closed on this gorgeous $10 million dollar mansion located in the rolling hills of LA!
But according to our friends at RihannaDaily, who stays on top of such matters concerning Rihanna for us — a reader of theirs contacted an L.A. real estate agent who said the home is still on the market.
But what is the realtor supposed to say: “Oh, yeah, child. Rihanna bought it.” No, dears. High end real estate agents are very protective the identities of their high roller clients. They don’t want a bunch of nosy Rihanna fans scouring the hills for Ri Ri’s new home. I don’t blame them!
Rihanna’s new 10,000 sq. ft. mansion boasts:
- 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and impressive 30 foot ceilings
- A gated & private knoll with spectacular 270 degree views of the city
- A sauna and steam room, a library, a gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances and a home theater
- A pool and spa, along with massive decks & balconies galore

I’ve never heard 50 cent, Nelly, Beyonce, Jay Z, Eminem, or even Brittany Spears complain.
They ALL have other deals not just artist. Everybody knows you dont make real bank just by selling records TLC learned that lesson the hard way. Yes once you get to a certain level you may get more off each cd but it still aint their bread n butter. Endoresments, tours, clothing line books ringtones and anything else that can bring in extra money

We use to HAVE to buy a CD/Record/45(??)if we wanted to hear something. Kids now go on myspace, itunes and all kinds of other places to listen to music for free. Artists today are definatley not making money as fast as they did 20 years ago.

If not - I cram to understand why she’s still as significant as she is. There are waaay more under-rated artist’s out here that deserve the notoriety and the pay.
She either wrote some songs, is very good with money management & investments, or has a sidebar profession - because as pretty as she may be, I can’t see Rihanna as being truly significant on an artistry level right now. That Run This Town song sounds horrible. And besides posing for the camera’s - what else has she has done for us lately????? Just asking.

I think its safe to say for some who are TALENTED, and industry savy or even those who are ACTIVELY pursuing a career instead of wasting time with paps…selling records can be an UNDERSTATED bread and butter machine.
I will be so glad when Rihanna actually becomes as rich as you people believe she is, the girl only made 15mil if that’s true and that’s not after Uncle Sam, so since Uncle Sam has to get his, that makes her earning worth 2.5 mil in pocket after she had to pay out to everyone except her family. record sales you can eat off of depending upon your deal and how its structured. master P made plenty money strickly off record sales. and its if you really own your publishing thats the backbone of the money you make the checks that will keep coming. now rhianna is a packaged entity so she gets paid off more than just record sales she got endorsements. but most of money made is off of touring and im sure she gets a pretty penny for an appearance

The difference maker in record sales these days is that there are many outlets to get music. More people are buying singles than the entire album…thanks to download. We can listen to albums for free rather than buy it. And not to mention illegal downloads….and so on
Even with the endorsement rihanna has…..I don’t think she’s worth what it seems she’s worth. Or has as much as it may seem she has.
She can have $$$ to put down on a house…but lets see how u long keep up with those payments. Like Krysi said….her popularity is fueled by the paps. Lets see how long it lasts….there’s always someone new(hopefully with some talent)

i think you`re wrong on this one, britney wasnt her songs nor producing them, record sales and touring were her 2 biggest cash cows and even now but right now she`s the executive producer of her albums and add endorsements and merchandise(her own cologne) so pretty much have a diversified portfolio

call me crazy but i still believe its possible for an artsit to move 10 million…personally i buy cds and i love to buy cds but the difference is i have become quite picky when buying these cds because artists these days dont take time to perfect their craft, they do the studio on monday and saturday the album is out…smh

Artist back in the day would sell a million records in a matter of a few weeks. But to add to the above comments. The consumer didn’t have the television shows with 24 hr videos, or the internet. So if you wanted to hear your favorite song you had to buy that record. Shoot I remember recording music off the radio..

I bought Nelly’s last CD (it was horrible)and saw him at HOB here in Chicago (he’s so cute in person). I think he should let the music go and focus on being a businessman. Her work indeed speaks for itself but her old stuff will ALWAYS be my FAV! MJB is not the best singer (seen her in concert more than I can count) but she can carry a tune and she brings each song to life with her emotions!
