Tyra Banks Sued By Former Assistant
Tyra Banks’ former assistant wants to be paid. According to TMZ, Richard Thomas claims Tyra owes him $5,820 in back pay. He wants Tyra to pay his back wages plus attorney fees and court costs.
Obviously he doesn’t have any dirt on Tyra or he would have taken a different route.

Tyra Banks’ former assistant wants a small piece of her fortune — actually, he wants a small claims court piece.
TMZ picked up a small claims lawsuit filed in L.A County by Richard Thomas, who claims Miss Banks owes him $5,820.
Thomas is suing for back wages plus a little extra. The complaint says Thomas wants the money for “services rendered as assistant and advisor.”
We’re not sure how much he wants as an advisor.
And this is funny… the legal documents require Thomas to ask Tyra for the money prior to filing suit.
His response to that: “I have not been able to catch [Tyra] while she is in.”

I guess the checks do stop coming in at some point and time if John Boy is suing for chump change. In my head I am saying “Richard Thomas, Richard Thomas(Halle Berry, Halle Berry).
Now this is what I call petty…how much has she paid him for services, probably room and board too….hell his attorney fees will probably be more than the amount he claims she owes!
If he was her assistant im sure he has contact info for her… cant he just CALL her and say…”trya gimme my money” If she really owed him this amount then she shouldnt have a problem handing it over
