Casandra Pertusio from Florida shows her Michael Jackson tattoo as she starts a three day wait in the line to buy tickets to the Michael Jackson film at the LA Live theater in Los Angeles on September 24, 2009. The movie titled 'This Is It' will open in most countries around the world on October 28 for a limited two-week run. The film is being culled from more than 100 hours of rehearsal footage shot between April and June in Los Angeles, where Jackson prepared for his comeback before dying suddenly on June 25 at age 50.

i love michael , but i don't love him that much . lol can't wait to see the movie. wish i could have gotten a chance to see him perform live .

  • bklynchick

@licia I was about to say the same thing...how much are the tickets going to be I wonder??? Long live the king of pop

  • missy

@licia i agree some people are taking things to far but to each its own

  • licia

those tickets are probably an arm and a leg. they are trying to capitalize off this man's death anyway they can .

  • Anna

I thought the last few years Mikes face looked like Harry Hamlin/Brad Pittish(strong jaw line).
So they have to wait in line 3 days the tickest? That's dedication.
    The tatto artist is good.

Or are they trying to get their investment back. Ppl wanting to see a movie of Michael rehearshing his upcoming tour, I guess it only sounds strange to me.

  • pinky2083

Yeah I probably wouldn't get a tatt.. love Mike though.

  • Nina

I hadn't heard about the shows in the ATL yet. Are yall peeping there are two tats...his face and the bottom tattoo is MJ with butterfly wings?? Wow

  • iscream

    Hee hee hee woo.

please stop scaring me saying the tickets will cost an arm and a leg. My son will kill me if we don't go.

& people wait on line for sneakers & games so I don't see anything wrong with waiting on line for tickets to see Mike. For his concert people were flying into London just to buy an expensive ticket.

Okay I actually this crack head looking women on our local news here in LA this morning. HILARIOUS!!! She kept bouncing up and down cause Wolfgang Puck came out and brought them breakfast pizzas. He has a restaurant at LA Live.

Personally this is just absolutely absurd to me. These people were allowed to start lining up at 5pm YESTERDAY!! They will sleep outside 2 nights in a row for tickets to see a MOVIE!! Do you understand me when I say it's a movie. I just hope the folks waiting in line for 3 days actually have the money to pay for these tickets when they get to the front of the line.

Me personally, I'm going to sleep in my warm bed tonight and wait for either the DVD or the bootleg. Oh you know Pookie and dem gone get a bootleg out.

  • aqtpie

They did a good job on that tat!!

  • anti-PC

I was actually considering getting the moonwalker logo on my ankle...but decided against it.

    Tattoos look like they hurt.

Can't wait to see the movie!!

  • PAHairston

That tattoo looks JUST like MJ. Better her than me.

  • jazi65

nice artwork but on my body? dam that.

  • Kat

i wonder why is the movie only showing for 2 weeks tho? don't think they could make more money if they let it run longer?
