Hip Hop troll Lil Wayne has a court date today in NYC for DNA testing to tie him to a gun found on board his tour bus. The question of what IF Lil Wayne does go to jail is popping up more frequently in conference rooms of record labels throughout the industry.
What if Lil Wayne is convicted on gun charges and sent up the river like his brethren T.I., Shyne who is being deported, Lil Kim, Foxy Brown, Lil Boosie, and others? Will the music industry feel his absence? Fo sure, the many groupies who line up to receive his sperm will likely feel his absence. They will have to count on another sucker rapper to knock them up and pay their bills for the next 18 years.
