Is Alicia Keys Losing Her Hair?
Does pop singer Alicia Keys realize she’s losing her hair? Maybe people in her camp are afraid to tell her, you think? Clearly her hairline is fading fast. Alicia Keys attended The 10th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards held at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas yesterday.
In these pics, her thinning hairline is quite noticeable. My friend Jai Jai explained to me how lacefront wigs work and why you rarely ever see chicks like Beyonce, Tyra Banks without one.
Jai Jai said the glue eats up your edges and your hairline. Maybe Alicia Keys is allowing her hair to rest after wearing a lacefront so much?
Notice how thin Tyra Banks’ own hairline looks when she pulls her hair back? That comes from years of wearing lacefront with that glue. That doesn’t seem healthy for your hair. But speaking of Tyra, don’t you love how she looks with no makeup on? That’s how I like chicks to look. Just natural with healthy, glowing skin. Or very little makeup on. I’m easy.

If you want to know the proper way to wear some fake hair, LET A QUEEN PUT IT ON FOR YOU – I bet it wouldn’t be falling out if someone did it right. Kim Z. should be wearing a lacefront if she’s going to be wearing that tacky ass fake hair. If Derek J is doing her hair, she is making him look bad as a stylist.

He’s about two shades lighter than his dad, we have to use three layers of sun screen just to keep him from burning, lol. And I love how diverse we are as well! It makes me smh sometimes when people say oh so and so isn’t black look at their skin, features…

Yes her hair looks like it’s thinning and the look in her eye look like she is under the influence and I’m going to need her to stop with the matchy boots and jacket and/or top!

I agree about the perm theory. I know that I don’t like my hair when it’s freshly permed. It always seems too “flat”, even though I have very thick hair. I prefer it after a couple of weeks when some of the body returns to it. I perm once every 5-6 months specifically for that reason..and to make sure not to over-process it. It always seems too straight around the edges which can give it the appearance of being thinner there.
She could have also had some damage from the braids she wore for years. They’ll set your hairline to half field too.
Maybe it’s from the infamous braids?? But she hasnt wore them in awhile

Tyra just proved that less is more. The heavy makeup makes you look older. When I see pics of Bey just out and about without all the drag queen makeup she too looks younger (for someone in her mid 30′s)LOL.

I hate my hair when it is thin after i get a perm also but I prefer to perm it on a needs to basis.I prefer to straighten it though but my hair is also thick but over the years it has gotten less thick and more manageable but still thick as ever.

Shay1, that’s wassup. I cut my hair, but I plan on grooming my little girl’s to be just like that (wit no chemicals). She got thick and curly hair. I have to wet the brush to get at that hair. LOL.
