Toni Braxton Announces Divorce?
Three days after sharing a brother/sisterly kiss with struggling R&B singer Trey Song at the Soul Train Awards, Toni Braxton announced she’s seeking a divorce from her husband Keri.
The photo above was taken the same day as “the kiss” by Thad at ExclusiveAccess and he reported to me that they seemed very much in love.
I even remarked in my post that it was Blessing they were still together. So what happened? In no way do I believe that Trey Song broke this couple up. Are we forgetting that Trey is very suspect?
First of all, the kiss was staged (as they all are at award shows). And secondly, why would they kiss right in front of Toni’s husband. No woman is that callous. People forget about Britney Spears and Madonna or Halle Berry and Jamie Foxx.
If it is true that Toni and Keri broke up, it would really be a shame. The couple have two children together.

That kiss had nothing to do do with nothing. I’m sorry to say, but I always thought in the back of my mind that they wouldn’t make it. I think it could have been the pressure of the problems they faced during their marriage; her health crisis, one of their kids was born with a problem, and not to mention her money issues. That can cause a lot of problems in marriages.
Oh yeah Fantasia and Jamie Foxx did the dayum thing! They should have gotten an award for that one!

Even though Kim gave a sorry performance, Im still proud of the effort, and I noticed Nene, Sheree, and Lisa all sitting there ready to burst into laughter, and Kandi jumped on stage to save the day. Yea I actually could feel what both of them were saying…Lisa was right Dwight knows there is a time and a place to say things, even if Dwight was giving a bluntly honest opinion in efforts to avoid disaster…he should have done so behind the camera and not in front of 3 million viewers.

Trey, as sexy of a speciMAN he is–isn’t the reason for the breakup. It was a long time coming. I think she knew some time ago it’s what she wanted, but to make sure keri got nothing, she got out of the vegas gig and let that other house go. She’ll start over. Sure, she’s not as bankable as before, but who would really turn down the opp to work with Toni Braxton?

I have been in this entertainment business a very long time, I have been behind a lot of projects and in the Atlanta Music scene, dated model chicks, helped blow many of todays artists. but alot of people wouldn’t know me unless you work in the industry. I had my share of beefs, rumors, and the reason for me being “unknown” is because I never cared to be in the limelight, I never cared to a public figure. I turned a lot of interviews down when I was running a label. Jezebel once wanted to feature me in one the bachelor editions, but they wanted to see my bank statements which was one of their criterias and I was like its none of your damn business. I had businesses with celebs, but I never wanted to do interviews because it is not my thing, I am not good at that. I don’t have to see myself on TV or magazine to validate myself. People do whatever just so they get talked about. I like to stay off the radar. I got in the game because I loved the business and the music, I loved the craft and I wanted to be the best. Unfortunately, people don’t give you credit unless you are “hyped” about. For example one of my business partners was one of the leading NFL wide receivers, went 2x to Pro Bowl, led ALL leading receiving records for the team, went to super bowl 2x, was #2 Wide Receiver in Touchdowns one year over Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, etc. but no one paid attention because he wasn’t flashy and didn’t toot his own horn, So he didn’t get as many endorsements, pub, etc. even though he out did almost all wide receivers in the NFL stat wise.
I am saying all of this that one thing in this business that majority of folks get into for fame first money second and the money because it can buy you fame. What is a celebrity photographer, what is a celeb A&R, are there any celeb nannies or teachers?? People yern for the lime light and a lot of times those are insecure ass people that look for validation from other people. What the hell is a model? She enjoys when everybody looks at her especially the booty models, they love when you tell them you have phat ass, your titties are nice and perky. This chick Rosa Acosta retweets all the tweets dudes be saying about her? What is that all about. People are not in the business any more because they want to be good at their job or craft they just want to be known!
