Rapper Slick Pulla (pictured above, left, with Young Jeezy) was involved in an altercation with local rapper Waka Flocka Flame at a popular Atlanta clothing store yesterday afternoon. Pulla is affiliated with Young Jeezy’s camp and Flocka is affiliated with rapper Gucci Mane. Both Jeezy and Gucci are involved in an ongoing dispute that dates back to 2005.

According to an employee, Flocka, who arrived at Walter’s Clothing store around 4 p.m. Thursday with his bodyguard, was shopping for sneakers when Slick Pulla and his boys from Young Jeezy’s CTE Record label walked in.

The two men exchanged words and a brawl ensued between both camps. The fight, which sent employees and merchandise scattering, ended when gunfire erupted inside the store. Flocka, who was allegedly beaten by Slick Pulla and others, walked away with a black eye.

After Pulla and his boys fled the store, police arrived to find Flocka and his bodyguard still shopping for shoes. The bodyguard was detained by police for discharging his weapon in the store.

By 5 p.m., Slick Pulla’s camp were in full damage control mode, calling around to the media and blogs claiming Slick Pulla wasn’t even in the store yesterday. A local photographer, who wrote a summary of the incident implicating Pulla in the fight on his blog yesterday, changed his tune after being contacted by Pulla’s camp.

Shook, Freddy O took to his Twitter last night claiming Slick Pulla was in a halfway house — and not in the store — as he had written. But an employee of Walter’s who was in the store at the time of the fight, confirmed to Sandrarose.com that Slick Pulla was indeed involved in the fight.

This could be bad news for Pulla who was recently released from prison to a halfway house in Atlanta (not the same one where rapper T.I. is housed). Like T.I., Pulla is allowed to leave the halfway house on a work release program daily, but the rules call for him to go to work and then head straight back to the halfway house.
