Slow News Day: Tamyra Gray Expecting Her First Child
Remember American Idol hopeful Tamyra Gray? Well, she and hubby Sam Watters, former member of R&B group Color Me Bad, are expecting their first child together.
American Idol was a breeze compared to Tamyra Gray’s latest endeavor: the season one alum is expecting a baby!
This will be the first child together for Gray and husband Sam Watters, who don’t want to know the sex of the baby until the big day. In the meanwhile, the 30-year-old singer is preparing for her July due date and laying low.
“I’m just trying to take care of myself and enjoy it,” she tells Entertainment Weekly. “This is way harder than Idol.”

just curious to those who said it, why would you want to wait to know what you having? makes everything more difficult cant even have a good baby shower cause nobody knows what to buy you lol. but nothing funnier than my friend that was expecting their first boy because thats what they were told and a girl popped out. they almost wanted to give the baby back she was so hurt because she wanted a boy so bad.

That’s what green and yellow is for. Most stollers, car seats and swings are neutral. You just can’t buy dresses for a unknown child.
@east you just by neutral colors. Greens, yellow, browns, heck even purples, whites. It’s enough colors that you can do it.
I always thought she was married to the lead singer, not the curly haired (now no-haired) one. I was MAD as hell when she was voted off. She was the clear winner of season 1 with Kelly being #2
green and yellow are not exactly the most masculine colors for a baby and everybody cant buy a car seat and stroller for you before the baby comes its just 1000x easier to plan for something when you know what you are expecting

There are other things to buy. Diapers, diaper pal, sleepers in ugly yellow and green, bibs, towels, baby book/scrap book. A certificate to Olin Mills.

He used to have curly brown hair. I met them in the gym at Kadena Air base in Okinawa. I played basketball with him and the one and only black guy of the group. I think they all come from Oklahoma anyways they were doing a concert there for the USO.
