A little birdie told us that the new thug in her life is rapper Maino!

Sandy- I took her comment to mean after leaving him, and not finding anyone after a year to assist her in *ahem* a long overdue plumbing issue, she went back to reliable (in that one area) babydaddy which is not uncommon.

I was a jr underwriter ($1M or less) I LOVED the lending industry. Paid well BUT you did have to work for it. I was able to work hard and play harder but when the market fell I was laid off. Nice severance package though.

To me yes, it’s a mixture of common sense and following the lender’s guidelines. There are mathematical formula’s used but they are easy to learn. I miss it @ times, more so because of the income and it’s a rush. If you get too consumed it can cause anxiety
meaning it can be stressful. You have to seperate your personal feelings from the job which is hard when you are dealing with some else’s pockets AND your pockets.

Basically he’s telling you to hook up with an good underwriter to get a feel of the job and how its done. There’s a lot to learn. The best way to start off is to process first then proceed into the underwriting dept. In processing, you learn the approval process, forms, language, etc. It’s a lot. I processed for 4 years before being designated a junior underwriter. You already know the appraisal part which is something you must understand to read as well. Are you a licensed/certified appraiser?

Not sure why some like to compare the two. The only thing they had in commen was their celeb status and their death dates. Farrah was a great actress let’s not try too hard to not recgonize her talent because she’s being ignored/disrespeted. Usually they want you to either have some type of banking experience. I came from a mortgage broker which gave be the experience. Being that your company is a lender, maybe next opening they have you should consider if that’s why you really want to do. But think of the pro/cons between your position now and becoming an underwriter.

It seems that way with udnerwriters but I would assume you would need to be strict now in this market and follow guidelines. You want a perfect loan when its packaged (sold in secondary markets.) Lenders don’t want to assume any “bad” loans. That’s how they lose money.
My favorite MJ song is definitely “Rock with you”, I LOVE IT!!!
Michael was a brilliant artist with natural talent. He was an artist because it sure was art that he did. Never has there been, nor will there ever be, anybody that can come close to him. My only wish was that he had loved himself the way he was and not try to bend to society’s standard of good-looking. I hope that his children will live as normal life as possible and become decent people.

But other than that, it wasn’t the paperwork. I knew how to doctor that chit to make the numbers work. They were just nervous a lot of the time for the amount of the loan and starting thinking “what if” type chit. Chit beyond anyone’s control.

Her score was excellent but her ratios was fugged up because of all her monthly payments. BUT THAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF THE LOAN. Her ratios on the collateral (her house) was excellent tho. I was going to stretch it out over 30 yrs and the UW was like “that’s a long time for someone her age…”
They kicked that chit around till the lady was like “fugg it, I’ll do something else.”
I think she sold her house. It was one of those old time Southern homes too. Just ridiculous.

A woman he was dating became pregnant. Neyo thought the baby was his throughout the pregnancy. After the baby was born the paternity test proved that he wasn’t the father. Since he had already bonded with the baby, Neyo still wanted to be his father. Fast forward to Neyo becoming a star, the “babymama” asked for some insane amount of money and Neyo refused. She then told him he couldn’t see the baby ever again since he has no legal rights to him. Pretty messed up situation for the baby and Neyo.

Steaming is the best way to cook King crab legs…that way they don’t get too mushy. If you don’t get to the market, get the frozen snow crab legs…they’re already cooked, so here goes the recipe..lol
Get like 1/4-1/2 cup of butter (depends on how much crab and use the stick butter), garlic, dried parsley, salt (or you can sub some Old bay).
Slit the crab legs length wise…then melt the butter in a skillet (depending on the stove med-med/low) …sautee the garlic, add the parsley and salt/old bay…I also add a little cayenne pepper to spice it up…then add the crab legs and coat them with the mixture and let it simmer for about 6 mins.
Sometimes I add some shrimp in too…hope that help you

Example: they trashed our “ship” (dorm) while we were out eating and told us we had 5mins to clean it up or else. @ Rene, there is a lady down here who makes thee BEST seafood gumbo ever!!! Sometimes my friend has a seafood party and gets a big pot of it. Of course we always add more meat though. And wouldnt you know Dirty Rice is my specialty!!! I usually cook it with chicken, shrimp and uncle Johns sausage. Everytime someone has a cookout or dinner thats what they tell me to bring!!!
I go to N.O. almost every year (when work permits) with Habitat for Humanity and my church and we build houses…hmm….
And thats whats up!!!!!! Still a lot of struggle in the N.O. and when Katrina hit, I sat at home watching CNN and boo hoo’d cried

You can sub resistance bands for the pull-up bar. The key is sticking to the diet and making sure you drink plenty of water. I have tried almost everything and that’s the only plan I stans for real hard.

Wii is for kids and old ppl. I just bought one last week. I had never played before. I played Friday and Saturday and on Sunday(Father’s Day)I could not move, I was so sore even my ankles hurt. I could not even vistit my dad. I have not played since. I did buy it to work out and playing the games was a work out.

ok you need some frozen pink lemonade, a bottle of vodka, a bottle of parrot bay passion fruit, ice, and vanilla ice cream.
put all of that in the blender (however much alcohol you want) a scoop of ice cream, half of the frozen pink lemonade, some ice, and blend it up real good. it will be sweet but it hits the spot. my sis always tops hers off with whip cream.
