T.I., Tiny and two others arrested; T.I. and Tiny’s families distraught
The families of rapper T.I. and his wife Tiny are said to be distraught after hearing the news of their arrests for possession of a controlled substance in L.A. last night.
According to TMZ, T.I.’s expensive Maybach was pulled over during a traffic stop around 10:30 pm west coast time. Police smelled marijuana in the car and conducted a search of the vehicle and its occupants.
Four people were arrested during the traffic stop. In addition to T.I. and Tiny, a man and a woman were also taken into custody. Industry insiders believe the male is Grand Hustle CEO Jason Geter artist C-Rod (P$C), who always travels with T.I., and the female was C-Rod’s longtime girlfriend, Vanity.

According to a source close to T.I.’s camp, Tiny may be in danger of losing custody of her oldest child after her latest arrest. The source said the father of her 12-year-old daughter Zonnique is very upset and he is considering taking action to obtain sole custody of his daughter.

I dont think you can be arrested for testing positive for a drug test… If that was the case, the police would have a direct line to Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp for all those drug test results. I believe they have to find the actual substance on your person, or in something of yours personally.. I mean, if they pull me over and there is a half ounce under my passenger seat, yes they will take me to jail. However if I get the right lawyer I can beat that case. Anybody couldv’e rode in my car and left that there.
I done been there, done that. But then again, thats here in Fla. It could be different in other states.
Meth is rising in use in the AA communities. It’s cheap and easy to make. I would not be surprised with these two..

Umm idk if someone answered this but the cameras get their so fast a couple ways: for one paparaazi are always out in certain areas and typically will follow the vehicles of celebs. That’s how celebs get in accidents a lot of the time out here too which is crazy as hell but you here it all the time. The good thing about it though is all those cameras have helped a couple celebs out with alibis and with witnesses in cases where they were actually innocent. And two TMZ has connects inside most of the police depts and scanners. When an officers pulls you over they have to call in before they stop the car, give license plate and the reason why they’re giving it, they get the information from either the inside or over the scanner and head over immediately and usually they are in the area anyway if it occurs in Weho, Hollywood, and places celebs frequent

Man in all my years here (13) I have NEVER seen drug sniffing dogs called to a scene like that one. They use dogs when they can’t find drugs not when they can be easily located like in a purse or pocket. And I’ve been pulled over on stops not too different from that one… they wouldn’t have called in the K9 units for that, it would be a waste of money and time, unless they were trying to get him for selling which he would have to be beyond stupid to do at this point in his life. Plus that Maybach is probably rented unless they drove or shipped it from ATL which would be dumb and pointless, being a rental reduces the liklihood of hidden compartments and all that. You’re making this more complicated than what it is. They both have similar priors why is it hard to believe that they would get caught up like this again and in this way. You can look at both and tell they’re blowed out their mind half the time.
And Man yes, all police cars out here are equipped with cameras or should be by now because of all the lawsuits LAPD has been hit with and lost… they started equipping all new cars bought and adding them to older models a while back so by now they should and an officer must radio it in before making the stop
