Most of you splurged heavily on Mother’s Day gifts for your moms or that special lady in your life yesterday. So the last thing you need to worry about is a car note payment this month, right?

As our way of saying thanks for being a loyal Sandrarose.com reader, we will pay a one (1) month car note or car lease payment for one lucky reader (subject to the conditions as set forth in these official rules) not to exceed $500 (five hundred dollars).

~~To be eligible to win, you must be a Georgia resident who lives within a 25 mile radius of Atlanta (sorry, that’s for legal purposes).~~

You must submit via email a copy of your next car loan or car lease payment due, such as from a car payment book issued by a valid bank, credit union or car dealership that operates within Atlanta, Georgia, with the next payment due date falling between May 1, 2011 and June 15, 2011.

~~Send your entry to carnote @ sandrarose.com (remove the spaces). You may enter only one time during the contest period.~~

The contest begins today, Monday, May 9 at 12 noon ET, and ends today at 5pm ET. The winner will be chosen from a random drawing on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. The winner will be notified via email on Wednesday, May 11.

Who said women weren’t being submissive to their men? For starters, most women (including myself) don’t have a problem being submissive in relationships. The biggest obstacle is allowing the RIGHT man to be a part of your life so you can be what one another needs. Besides, if men took their rightful places as the head (providing for the woman and their household, making sound decisions, taking care of the woman’s emotional, physical and sexual needs, etc), everyone would naturally fall into their rightful places right? I was a very astute child. I observed married people and I saw my female relatives being submissive to their men. I knew at a young age that I couldn’t do it. So I chose not to.

We live in a society where women are raised to be extremely selfish. This, in turn, breeds narcissistic boys who grow up to be girly men who aren’t interested in providing for families. This leads to broken homes and single mother households. In the beginning, God sent man forth with instructions to be fruitful and multiply. Men can’t do that with just one woman. I understand it’s our culture to be monogamous but it goes against nature, and you see the problems being monogamous has caused?

We live in a society where women are raised to be extremely selfish. This, in turn, breeds narcissistic boys who grow up to be girly men who aren’t interested in providing for families. This leads to broken homes and single mother households. In the beginning, God sent man forth with instructions to be fruitful and multiply. Men can’t do that with just one woman. I understand it’s our culture to be monogamous but it goes against nature, and you see the problems being monogamous has caused?

Here’s where I’d have to stop you…
I’ve observed and have been in many relationships and I can tell you both men and women can be equally as selfish! Let’s not point the finger because nothing ever gets accomplished if we’re looking for a scapegoat. The deeper issue is that the male and female have both lost touch of what supporting roles everyone is supposed to play. Not to dig too deep but I’ve said on this site before that the man’s role is to be the provider and protector in the relationship whereas the woman is the nurturer and supporter. Although in some cases, there are relationships in which the woman is the breadwinner, she should still allow that man room to be the head. Bottom line, if both parties in the relationship would put one another’s needs (whatever they may be)before the other, there wouldn’t be any issues at all with the relationship. After all to make these things work, it’s all about communication, compromise, sacrifice and dedication…….

Go back to the main screen where you selected “block texts”, futher down there is an option to “block voice”. Use the same steps you did to block the texts to block inbound and outbound calls to his cell.
