Thanks to Lady Jia for uploading episode 4 of VH1′s tasteless, but juicy scripted series “Single Ladies”! It gives me great pleasure to inform you that “Single Ladies” beat out “Barbeque Wives” in both of their time slots in the television ratings for Monday night! That’s significant because this is BBQ Wives’ 3rd season and it took “Single Ladies” only 4 episodes to surpass them!

4) The fact that I’m strangely attracted to “Blue” from the Temptations

I like single ladies. The only acting that really disturbs me is LisaRaye’s. Her acting is THE worst but overall the show is entertaining.
It’s better than watching a MILLION reality TV shows about people who think they’re important!

Hubby and I weren’t feeling last night’s episode as much on the strength that in real life that little ho intern would have been fired after the first incident in the real world let alone two slip ups of that maganatude.
How long is this thing with LisaRaye and old boy going to go on? They bout to get on my nerves in a minute. And the storyline with Commons side dish and her hubby is not getting enough time on screen in my opinion. He’s looking stupid, when hubby thinks he’s justified based on what she did and being on the news and all his boys knowing. They need to get more into that. I’d assume the audience is mostly women and we are not going to look at it like hubby. We need more details.
BBwives should get rid of royce.. I cant stand to look at her any longer.. maybe if she grew some lips, maybe..

Watched this show for the first time last night. Stacy Dash is beautiful. How does she do it? There was a moment she was in yellow, the lighting was perfect, she looked like she was glowing. I laughed at the notion of her character not having sex until after 3mos of dating since she has owned up to giving it up on the first date in real life. LisaRaye looks better with big hair. Her head can look pointy at the top, while her face looks pudgy when her hair isn’t…I don’t know. It was something I noticed. Accent girl…I dnt understand her character. She should have gotten fired last night. The cheating white girl looks out of place in the circle of friends. She’s obviously much younger than the other 2. It was tough to follow not having seen the other episodes. All three of the leading ladies look great though. The gay guy isn’t overly flamboyant. This show has potential. It’s refreshing for a vh1 show. Hopefully the death of reality shows is near.

I agree. I don’t like her character at all. She’s all kinds of shady. No sistah would put up with her attitude straight from the door. She didn’t wait awhile to get in good with the owner (val) before she started cutting up. And April’s husband is supposed to be the male version of a gold digger, but it’s not working because the character calls for charm and wit. That dude is too rigid for that role. Nobody sympathizes with him.

I actually like the whole show and I dont have a problem with Lisa Rayes acting AT ALL. I kept staring at Stacey Dash like why is this bish 45 and drop dead gorgeous…like I wanna fight her for her genes
I like how there are various storylines and all that. Even Hubby is a closet fan 
He was getting mad at Malcom when he and Keyshia were playing hard to get. I know she felt like a high profile slut walking away with a wet petunia after that quickie though 
Why did they just not name LisaRaye’s character LisaRaye in the show? They coulda saved money by buying 7 different white ensembles and rotated them and called it a day. In episode 12 the storyline coulda been that she married a faraway prince and then wrote her azz off. Its not too late. The prince marrying storyline they can shoot it as the season premier for next season….only 4 shows in already for this season and I am sure it has wrapped.

the ONLY remotely believable part was when Pilat Saunders guess starred in the show and cursed the yt chick out..Pilar was good.. but I also liked the arrogant millionaire that Kesha dated,, when they went out to dinner and his friends clowned her for being low class

I actually like the show. It took me a couple of episodes to remember that Malcolm was Blue from the Temptations. I actually like his character the best. He has the best acting skills. Stacey Dash is gorgeous and is killing girls half her age. LisaRaye really needs to step up her acting game because I’m still seeing Diamond from the Player’s Club.

After watching the entire episode, I agree that last night’s show was lacking. I’m tired of seeing Val suck face with every man she comes in contact with. I mean, damn… I also think that Keisha and ol’ dude are wasting their time. They are both stubborn and headstrong. She has a mouth on her that only an insecure man would tolerate. I don’t feel any chemistry between them. Even the bathroom scene felt scripted.

Hello All. Watched the show once, in general, the acting is terrible. Wish Girlfriends or an equivalent would return. Loved, loved, LOVED me some Girlfriends! Now they could act, at least 3 of the women anyway.

Wrong Evelyn is still selling her t shirts even new ones that she ordered she talks about them on twitter the new ones are white tank tops w/pink writing. She was promoting the shirts the other week on Rickey Smiley Evelyn is about her paper. Tami was on Miss Jones fussing about Evelyn still selling the t shirts as well. I dont think Evelyn is scared of Tami at all.
I’m really digging this show. Initially, the show lacked timing and didn’t flow well and now I know why. The music track was wack. Now that they’ve added better music, it makes the show flow. However LisaRaye seriously needs acting classes. I suppose she’s too arrogant to take some and that’s a shame. The white girls soon to be ex-husband’s acting is horrible and he’s corny. They need a new actor for that role.
