Casey Anthony Sentenced to 4 Years for Lying to Police *Update*

Just as I predicted, mentally unstable Casey Anthony learned today that she will not walk free from prison after being acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. Judge Belvin Perry, who is black, gave the baby killer the maximum sentence for lying to authorities — 4 years. With time served, Anthony will spend another year in her cramped 6×9 prison cell.
“As a result of those four separate and distinct lies, law enforcement expended a great deal of time, energy and manpower looking for young Caylee Marie Anthony,” Judge Belvin Perry said Thursday. “This search for her went on from July through December — over several months — trying to find Caylee Marie Anthony. Four distinct, separate, lies. Just as the jury spoke loud and clear on counts one, two and three on their verdict they also spoke loud and clear on the remaining counts.” Source
The media (and most Twitter users) believed Anthony would walk free today after receiving credit for time served. But luckily, Judge Belvin wasn’t a bleeding heart liberal who believes in giving baby killers second chances.
When Anthony was acquitted of murdering her daughter, she wore a smartly tailored button down shirt by Lauren by Ralph Lauren. The Eunice long sleeved ruffled shirt is made of 100% cotton, with pretty ruffles at the front and elegant French cuffs with a shirttail hem.
I know all of this because I purchased the same shirt at Macy’s just before Easter, at full price ($89.50). I was dismayed to see the same shirt on the sales rack for $44.99 less than 2 weeks later. It’s still there if you want to own a piece of history, so to speak.
Update: according to a court clerk, Casey Anthony will be released from jail on July 13. But we haven’t heard from the judge yet. So, we shall see.

I wonder if Casy’s attorney will dispute this.
The rationale of the judge for the sentencing was that “it took months of searching for Caylee’s body due to Casey’s lies.”
Technically that’s not true. Under testimony, the guy that discovered the body stated under oath that he gave the exact location of Caylee’s body weeks after her disappearance to a local Sheriff. Once the Sheriff couldn’t find the body, he admonished the man for “wasting the time of the Sheriff’s office.”
The incompetance of the Sheriff’s office should be looked at as a mitigating factor.

The Judge extended her life, she’s safe in jail. She’s locked down for 23 hrs. a day.

The whole situation was suspect from the beginning. Literally, the actions of EVERYONE INVOLVED could be called into question. Yes, I thought the actions of the guy that discovered the body was questionable.
The Sheriff’s office, KNOWING there was a missing child, didn’t even think enough to call out a dog unit to investigage the area after they were alerted by ol boy. That in and of itself should be grounds for a lawsuit by the Anthony family because they could have discovered “how” and “when” Caylee died had her body been discovered soon enough.
Even though the Grandmother most likely did the killing, she was NEVER investigated, even after she appeared to lie under oath as a witness FOR the prosecution??
If anyone is to blame for all of this (besides the alleged murderer of Caylee) is the media. SMH.

its not hard.. You.. Tube may have some videos to show you how to do it. I taught myself and because I like more of a natural look, i started with that and eventually enhanced my skills.
Casey probably ain’t lost one wink of sleep over the actual death of that child. And neither has OJ over his double murder. People like that rarely do. We just tell ourselves that cause it makes us feel better. Sometimes there is no justice or peace.

I don’t see how the prosecution isn’t being villified for failing to look at the Granparents. Frankly, I think the Dad is an imbecile, although I wouldn’t be surprised if he was involved. Grandma is the most likely killer.

A dog(s) ended up DEAD (whether he did it or not). HE served time for it. A baby is dead (whether she did it or NOT)…..and she is going home at the end of the month. I say a dog’s life is valued over a humans. I know of ANOTHER case last summer, a DEAD dog was left in a womans backyard, she was LOCKED UP (her nephew left the dog back there)……SAME WEEK a “teacher” left her baby in a car seat in 100+ degree weather b/c her fat ass was too busy getting donuts for her even fatter ass co-workers. I agree in some instances men need to step up and get custody. I always encourage good men who are providers and have sons to do that.
However, there are abusive men who don’t need full custody as well as abusive women who don’t need full custody.
At my divorce hearing I watched a man fight his ex wife for continued full custody of their son and made it where her new man could NOT meet his sons for a few months until the little boy and his ex wife had bonding time without interference from the new hubby in her life. And then he made his lawyers fight for supervised visits on all those occassions with a family aunt to oversee interactions. He claimed she was a past abuser (prescription drugs I think) and he wanted the son to be protected from her and whoever she was around.
You have to fight for what you believe is right and fair for the children.
In other related Casey news…a pack of morphing werew0lves led by Sharkboi are said to be outside the courtroom stairing down a clan of nicely-dressed, under-tanned v@mp!res who just want their family member back at the house.

CINCINNATI – An HIV positive Silverton man is in jail after police arrested and charged him with raping a 6-month-old boy.
Silverton Police arrested 29-year-old Lenny Love Jr. Saturday and charged him with two counts of rape and one count of felonious assault.
According to the police report, Love stated to police that he raped the 6-month-old in March of this year while knowingly being infected with HIV.
Love is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning and is being held at the Hamilton County Jail on a $420,100 bond.
Love was also charged with possession of marijuana and felonious assault.
It’s not known what prompted the suspect to tell authorities about the alleged rape.

Ol’ Lenny is another prime candidate for street justice. He admitted it, so why waste time and money on a trial? I’m sure there are a lot of people who would willingly handle him for free.

To make matters worse.. the 6 month old was his own son. That story made me tear up.. prayers for that baby!

@ Man…there are some men who desire their children but honestly aren’t stable…they have no home and/or steady income. The ones that do are the “good providers” and if they want the full responsibility then go for full custody. The gender I added because the truth is some men are not comfortable dealing with their daughters privately so it is sometimes an awkward situation when they are young girls and even when they are older girls.
I just hope that the mass killing of this younger generation STOPS!!!!! I don’t know if it is because of the media and social media that we are reading and seeing more stories about homicide, filicide, etc. BUT it just seems to be so many instances over the past few years of continuous stories of children leaving this Earth before their time.
