Eddie Griffin is off the market
According to TMZ.com, comedian Eddie Griffin waltzed down the aisle with his Tameka “Tiny” Harris look-a-like bride Nia Rivers.
It seems Griffin couldn’t wait for the formalities — or the headache of shelling out cash for an extravagant wedding. So he and his boo rolled into the Vegas Weddings chapel on Thursday afternoon — where they took the plunge in front of 4 guests.
A source tells TMZ the Griffins splurged on the Cherish Package — which includes limo transportation, a bouquet for the bride, a boutonniere for the groom and 9 photos.
They certainly look happy in their wedding pics. That’s what love is all about: knowing when it’s time, and not worrying about impressing your friends.

Well if it doesn’t work out at least he won’t have to worry about the thousands of dollars he wasted on a one day ceremony. He’s from my hometown so I can’t say anything bad about him.

Is anyone else mad that the size of the bouquet for the $199 package…Dany they coulda threw in 2 more roses and some baby’s breath!
He should’ve given her a wedding like every decent woman deserves! She’s going to want it later—I got married in a courthouse and I regret that every time I watch the WE channel.
OMG I just notice the bouquet, it’s so small she’s holding it with two fingers. It looks like a bouquet made to fit in Barbie’s hand, the kind of Barbie accessory where she has a small hole in her hand and you stick it in the hole.
But I’m not surprised. He made it no seceret on his show that he’s not living large and is not ashamed to admit to it.

I can’t even knock him either, why live outside your means? He’s smart for not putting his self in a even deeper hole by going out all to impress others. They look happy and that’s all that matters. Why put yourself in big debt for a ceremony, you save that for a house, something that can provide shelter and a home.

I think they look cute.
But I’m saying this as someone currently over-planning a wedding. This sounds nice, simple, her dress isn’t ill-fitting, and her veil is pretty!
