BREAKING: Miami DA Considers Arrest Warrant for Chris Brown
According to TMZ.com, a woman’s story about troubled singer Chris Brown snatching her cell phone was credible enough for the DA to consider taking out a warrant for his arrest.
According to TMZ, Christal Spann, 24, filed a police report Sunday for “robbery by snatching.” She claimed she followed Chris and rapper Tyga as they were leaving Cameo nightclub in Miami early Sunday morning. She said she got close enough to snap a picture of Chris and Tyga as they sat in his Bentley.
That’s when, according to the police report, Chris flipped out, rolled down his car window and grabbed her cell phone, saying, “Bitch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet.”
According to the police report, Chris then rolled up his window and sped off, taking the $500 iPhone with him.
There is no indication in the police report what Chris Brown and Tyga were doing in the picture, and why it was so important for Chris to jeopardize his probation status to prevent Crystal from uploading the photo to the Internet.
The most important thing is: if Brown is arrested, he will violate his probation in California for the Rihanna assault case — and he will be thrown in jail to serve out his sentence!

This whole thing is so out of hand. How could she get close enough that he can snatch her phone? I mean come on now. I understand people want him to go to jail but this doesn’t make sense. Was his window rolled down? Did he not have security? Was there anyone else around? It’s hard to believe that these two were able to leave the club without some type of security or entourage. I’m no STAN but this is just too much!
