I have a very unpopular position about transgender people because I have worked very closely with them and some of their stories will break your heart. I don’t believe they’ve chosen to endure their struggles. It’s about so much more than wanting to “play” dress up as a woman or a man. Their safety has always been a concern as well. More of them have been physically and sexually assaulted by these same predators. Shouldn’t our problem be with catching the predators instead of ignoring their behavior?

1.This bill eliminates any state law claim for wrongful termination of an employee on the basis of the color of a person’s skin?(You can’t sue for racial discrimination at work)
2. eliminates any state law claim for discrimination in the workplace on the basis of national origin or ethnicity
3.eliminates all existing state law remedies for women from being demoted, transferred, or terminated from their job because of their sex( If your boss fires you because he is a sexist asshole then you can’t sue and have to suck that up).
This bill is ass backwards, but people focusing on a bathroom. You better focus on the loss of civil rights in general.
