A viral photo that shows superstar Alex Rodriguez reading while doing his business on the toilet may land a hedge fund employee in hot water.
The photo shows the former NY Yankee slugger sitting on the toilet while looking at his cell phone. The 43-year-old father-of-two is apparently in the habit of using the John with no window covering in full view of employees at a hedge fund company in the building next door.

The photo was apparently snapped by one of the hedge fund employees. Copies of the photo were emailed around Wall Street and the image eventually popped up on social media on Thursday.
According to the New York Post’s Page Six, A-Rod’s lawyers are trying to discover the identity of the hedge fund employee who apparently works in an office on a floor directly parallel to A-Rod’s luxury condominium.
A source told Page Six, “Alex’s lawyers are all over this. They are working hard to find out who the culprit is. It is a clear breach of privacy. The photo was obviously taken from the building next door, from a floor possibly parallel to Alex’s apartment. One of the hedge funds in the building next door will be getting a big lawsuit.”
Alex and J-Lo purchased their love nest in the sky for $17.5 million. The apartment has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
According to Page Six, the star’s building in Manhattan is across from hedge fund offices including the Harbinger Group; Ortelius Capital Partners, and JMP Securities.
