LeBron “King” James, fearless leader of the NBA’s defending champion Miami HEAT, graces the cover of the March 2014 issue of GQ magazine. This issue will undoubtedly be snapped up by scores of women who can only dream about waking up next to this hunk of a man. The magazine hits newsstands on February 25.
GQ writer Jeanne Marie Laskas is equally as impressed with James.
He would like to be an actor. A comedy actor. He’s shooting his first movie, Ballers, with Kevin Hart. The other thing he would like is to play in the NFL. ‘Some days I want to be a singer. But my voice? Then the next day I want to be Picasso.’ He would like to be a billionaire. “If it happens. It’s my biggest milestone. Obviously. I want to maximize my business.

Reality TV stars Jackie Christie, left, Sundy Carter, center, and Ariane Davis attended the Basketball Wives Los Angeles season premiere party in Los Angeles on Monday, Feb. 17. Also attending the premiere was Jackie’s daughter Chantal Christie.
Last night’s episode of VH1′s Basketball Wives: LA was the standard fare of fake friends, fake lunch dates, and manufactured arguments. In addition to the familiar faces from the past 2 seasons, Jackie Christie, Draya Michele, and Malaysia Pargo, VH1 hired Brandi Maxiell, the wife of Jason Maxiell, Sundy Carter (Jackie’s “new” friend), and Brittish Williams (the fiancee of Lorenzo Gordon who plays overseas) to add some spice into the script.
Cold? What cold? That’s what pop star Lady Gaga was asking herself when she exited her New York hotel wearing barely nothing. The “Do What You Want” singer was dressed in a black bra and panties, a fishnet body stocking and black heels in 30-degree weather. While everyone else was chilled to the bone, Gaga was smiling and waving as if it was a sunny on the beach.

The liberal, left wing, anti-Christian blog Huffington Post fell victim to yet another anti-gay hoax.
Last week, a New York radio show published a birthday party invitation with a note scribbled by “a homophobic mom” telling two gay dads that her son, Tommy, would not attend their daughter’s birthday party.
“Tommy will NOT attend. I do not believe in what you do,” the mom supposedly wrote on the invite. But the invitation turned out to be a stunt created by New York FM radio station K 98.3.
It looks like PETA has lost some of its influence and power in Hollywood. There was a time when celebrities feared incurring the wrath of the overzealous animal lovers at PETA — People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. PETA reached its peak in popularity about a decade ago with its over-the-top anti-fur campaigns. PETA waged war against industries, celebrities and other fur wearing notables by shaming them publicly. One particularly nasty PETA tactic was to toss flour, chicken blood (or some other bloody concoction) on fur-loving celebrities as they walked red carpets.

I have been a avid reader of your blog and love your Morning Wood selections. I have a personal favorite that I’ve been a fan of and following for some time. His name is Zachary-Dèvon a asian and black R&B artist. Also, a little gossip but get this, I think he is good friends with supermodel Tyson Beckford. Both super hotties! He also has had previous print modeling experience and just dropped an amazingly sexy music video “All This Love” through VEVO and supposedly should be getting on the major networks like BET and VH1. Let’s feature him before the other blogs get hold of it.
