Chanel makes a phone that’s out of this world

Remember when the iPhone was all the rage last year and people took off from work to stand in line all night so they could be the first to drop $600 on a cell phone? Well, Chanel has topped Apple with its own designer phone that will cost you your firstborn child when it hit stores this Summer.

The sleek Chanel Choco phone looks like a translucent Rubic’s cube when closed. When opened, it resembles nothing like we’ve ever seen. If a real ET landed on earth, this is the gadget we would expect him to phone home with.

According to Tuvie.com, the Chanel Choco phone works by integrating an optical fiber system that display image between two glass parts. There are 12 micro lighter fibers, that throw image components to the glass, that offer a quite good luminosity, and keep the mobile phone concept as light as possible. All lights only appear when you open the phone, by pushing removable part on the side of it. (Source)

I want to be the first on my block to own this one-of-a-kind phone. Still, without seeing the specs, I don’t know if it’s worth handing over my firstborn child for it.

Do we all agree that an occasional jumpoff is ok? If it’s ok, at what point after meeting a man is it acceptable to consider him a jumpoff only? Then how soon after meeting said jump off can you give him some?

Ok, so we are not in agreement that jumpoffs aka booty calls are ok. That’s ok. I don’t feel totally comfortable with it myself. I met a dude a couple of days ago and he has not invited me on a date, but wants to come over my house. To me that is a jumpoff. I don’t want a jumpoff situation right out the gate, but it may come in handy down the line on a cold winter night. I’m just trying to figure out how to handle him.

1st NEW PHONE = scary, TOO COOL!

Unfortunately, not for me, I drop phones on too many RUSHED occasions I would be infuriated with myself for wasting that much money. I’ll stick with the sidekick slide for now.

2nd Jumpoff = ???….hmmmm welllllllll, I think its ok

but at least set a date, like for example: Susie meets Ray Ray at the gas station….Ray Ray is into real estate, Susie is SELF MADE…..Ray Ray and Susie would like to chill at Susies house and watch a movie….Susie feels like a jumpoff situation is upon her. Susie makes a personal promise to herself because Ray is supa FINE and PAID, to avoid temptation until March 1st. That way she can get to know Ray Ray a little better, find out if there is a “MAIN LADY/GIRLFRIEND/BABY MAMA LURKIng for DRAMA”, and get the word on his actual occupation (you might want to avoid any aspiring rappers, if they do not go platinum after recieving a 1.5 million dollar advance that will pay for videos and other hiden expenses, he could go into debt and take you with him). Most of all Susie knows not to get her feelings involved, that way she and Ray Ray will see each other the same and if a better situation comes along Susie will not hesitate telling Ray Ray to FALLBACK.

Man I knew you dang youngins would come in handy! Great advice. I especially like Krysi’s advice that I, I mean Susie wait until March 1st for the first encounter. Dude is super duper fine and I really like that in a jumpoff.

My advice is don’t have mediocre dudes for jumpoffs. A jump off is supposed to be sexy to the extreme. The day I met him he asked to come over my house and the jumpoff alarm was blaring in my head. Not to mention that the Chrysler 300 he was driving was really shiny and new looking which made me think it was a rental. He may be broke. I’m old school so I expext a nigra to at least take me out for drinks if he is actually looking at me as a potential partner. To me this guy made it crystal clear that he wanted the booty. I will let him know that either we go to his house (he also claims to be a single parent) or he has to spring for a room when we do get together which ain’t gonna be today or tomorrow as he has been requesting.

I swear I didn’t know. The fact is when I met him I was hoping we could date and see what happens and it threw me for a loop when he asked to come over my house right away knowing that I had children. It turned me off as it always does when a man wants to come to my house rather than invite me on a date, which they are doing with increasing frequency these days. Oh my damn, that has happened to me before! Dude was a tall, fine a$$, brown eyed cutie who took me to dinner to a very expensive restaurant on the waterfront on our first date.
