if you’ve got a rip on your bag…take it back to the store. i got some new handles and a new zipper put on a bag that belonged to my grandmother which is actually no longer made. i bought a patent leather fuschia lv wallet a few years ago and a few months ago i noticed one of the seams was coming apart…i took it to the lv store on rodeo and they fixed it. lv has really wonderful customer service and they don’t mind doing what they need to do to keep their customers happy…
