The Rihanna/Chris pics don’t tell any kind of story at all except that she is talking to him while standing up and he is sitting down. Based on many of the other pics we’ve seen he definately wears the pants in the relationship as she is usually all over him like a cheap suit as he pretends to not be aroused. I know these two are going at it like rabbits.

Why would you assume that Christina is dumb? That was just a mean thing to say.

I don’t know that Kenny is a self-hating anything. A lot of men like women with light skin and long hair. I like dark men and I’m light skinned. Am I self hating?

Ashanti does have an active record deal, a song out and an album coming so I would say she is not in the same boat as Christina.

Okay being light skinned with long hair or dark skin with short hair shouldn’t matter. Black is beautiful in all shades. And for you to hate on someone just because they were born of a lighter shade I think is self hatred. It is the same way “the masters” tried to divide us as a people long ago. If you were light you got to work in the “big house”, if you were dark you became a field hand. Lighter does not necessarily mean better neither does darker. But all people have their preferences when it comes to anything not just color. If you are dark with short hair then love yourself for who you are. I can name plenty of beautiful dark skin sisters who rock the heck out of some short hair. Never feel inferior to anyone. It is so sad when black people hate on people and make racist remarks against their own race. You are playing into the hands of those “masters” of old. Love yourself.
