smh dont like it nor the hair
I’m not liking the Cocka-Doodle Doo, but it’s cute. Keish is doing her thing and I can’t be mad at her!
…at least she’s not 5 shades lighter in the ad, huh?
This is the hottest mess of the summer & fall…. Why does she have that rooster ready for mating hairstyle & why is her face lookin all scared? Keyshia. Stop it. Please.
That cut really makes her looks draggish…
Geez, SR! Ease up on this “Bad word” sensor! Hell will it block out cockroach?
Guess so!
the ad doesn’t make me want to go out and buy this product.
I guess Sandra doesn’t like c o c k.
Okay! Okay! I’m sorry!—–>
[I’m going to stop rambling on this post!

hated it! it looks cheap and cheezy and forced and further more i agree the paparazzi for the hair product idea is whack! but glad she got more $$ in her pocket.
@#7
It is Forever XXI’ish. My daughter has the same dress in a beautiful green. It was $11.50. Don’t trip.
i’ma need the photgraphy, marketing and advertising departments at Lusters to step their game up!
LOL @ everybody calling it a rooster. Yall would be mad as hell at me. Mine is sticking up to the Almighty God and you can’t tell me it ain’t “hawt”. LOL
Don’t like it! This marketing campaign/ad does NOT make me want to jump up and go lookin’ for these products. Sorry! Not attractive.

^^ i agree.
nothing says you have made it like your face on a box of perm. LMAO
Maybe this is not the final ad (wishful thinking)
Looks cheap! I would only purchase this item if they changed the way the s*it smells! People could smell a motha f*cker from a mile away with this greasy sh*t in their hair
thank u #21. i mean + it’s 2008 i’m not sure when the last time i used pink luster had to be in the 80’s…so give me a good d*mn reason to buy and use it now!!

You ain’t neva’ lied! I have NEVER been a fan of this “curl activator” for perms.
Rought crowd on SR today
But always on point. I saw the ad in Ebony and my faced looked just like hers saying HUH?? What the hell am I doing?
Pap’s in the background looking more interested in the walls then Keyshia.
Besides, it’s all about that Organic Root Stimulator anyway.
Mary did a Dark & Lovely endorsement. Now Keysh follows with a Luster’s ad. Coincidence?
Well I will have to come to the defense because I actually worked on that campaign (I am also in the picture!). Lusters is ran by a bunch of old people, there were a lot of concepts which were hot and presented to Luster but they were all shut down. Working for Luster is very challenging, I am surprised that the ad even published. Anybody that ever worked on a Luster campaign will tell you that it is hell and they have no eye for good work. That entire campaign was a test and some people walk off the project.
I used to be so amazed on what they approve and what they don’t. We used to have several inside jokes amongst designers and developers. Instead of trying to do the best work you can do, do the absolute worst and they will like it. We also replaced F**k You to Luster You!
At least its her hair, you know Kelly Rowland was Dark & Lovely spokesperson but that byiatch had on a wig thats NOT authentic!!
Absolutely Hate IT…
@MOCHAMOMMY hit-it on the money (WWHHYYYYYYYYY)
hate it
whats with the stank look on her face my bad that’s how she always looks
what an ugly ad redo!!!!
I love Key Co. Since she re-invented herself she always looks good but seriously this ad is a mess. I don’t like her hair or that cheesy outfit. She is a gorgeous girl and they couldve done much better! What was the budget for this shoot? $10 and 6 of those dollars went on the dress!
first major kudos to Dlaq for working on the ad. I mean no disrespect to you when I say this product period (not the ad) is bad news. It dries the hell out of your hair…I don’t get relaxers often..typically twice maybe three times a year. But I can’t stand a relaxer where after I put it in I have to work as hard to make my hair look straight…I might as well have pressed my hair… Just my experience and opinion. it reminds me of the cheap azz BAN-TU relaxer and that crap is CONK reborn…yall know what conk is? Remember in Malcom X, when Spike lee was doing Denzel’s hair? That’s conk…Good ole, old fashion LYE.
Great, another person who doesn’t use what they endorse.
Lol…
1. Who buys box perms (relaxers)?
2. Why they do her like that, lol.
