I know one thing you can’t dispute and that’s the fact that Sarah is a triflin baby mama who doesn’t invest time into her children, i.e. that lil girl’s hair not being combed EVER, the lil girl being dressed like The Salvation Army left a bag of donated clothes on her doorstep, while her mother is wearing $400 eyeglasses and $300 shoes, her going to work 3 to 4 days after having a special needs child and the fact that her twat probably still had the umbilical cord still hanging out of it, her newborn not having any socks on, EVER, her teenage daughter pregnant. I think I’ve said enough. Now tell me did anybody photoshop that?

The picture looks photoshopped. I believe the first picture is more accurate detailing the placement of the fingers.
