Last week I heard from two more readers who lost their jobs due to what they feel is an “Obama backlash.”

Judging from this video, it’s going to get much worse before it gets better.

This ish is bad … but its bearable. Those affected need to find out the employment laws in there prospective states so that they can find out if something can be done about there employers’ actions.

where have you been hiding ? baby racism just didnt start when President elect Obama won or decided to run for the job.

racism has been alive all the time. its just that the media choose not to report it because it was happening to black people. but now since white folks are getting the blunt of the incidents, its now news. if you have noticed, they aint coming to the hood doing their mess, its all in the white olks area.

I *wish* I “could” catch somebody spray-painting on my house that I’m struggling everyday to pay for. Backlash would be turned into kick-azz, or even more like pistol-whipped. There is a dark warped crevice in my brain where I too could blame this on Obama being elected, but why not just blame the ignorant, under-educated, racist, swastika painting bastards who did this tom-foolery? Too easy to spot them as culprits and make them responsible for their actions?

i live work and was born here in racist ole nc.

then, every summer from birth to 18 was spent in the swamps of alabama.

i have see it ALL and heard it ALL in re to racism. nothing surprises me. i am conditioned for racism at this point.

@ kwallace – gurrrrl – I’m in Mich and the way jobs are going down the tubes up here all fast and furious like – I just need one more reason to go outside and kill someone…LOL. I think every person in this state is in snap mode. My daddy used to tell us to “cut out all that tom-foolery” when we was doing stupid stuff. My kids look at me like I have lost my mind when I say that!

@10 that is where i get it from too! my daddy said something not too long ago about some folks here in raleigh who robbed a store, in broad daylight, and only took grocery items. a man and a woman.
