Ludacris helped celebrate with the folks at Michigan Avenue magazine in Chicago last night. Not sure what they were celebrating exactly. Magazines and newspapers are in financial trouble due to declining ad revenue and circulation.

50 Cent attended the premiere of “The Wrestler” in Beverly Hills last night. His girlfriend Ciara was there too, but we don’t show her any love on this blog.

Will Smith, Tatyana Ali, and Alfonso Ribeiro attended the premiere of Smith’s new movie “Seven Pounds” in Westwood, CA last night. The trio played siblings on the long running sitcom “Fresh Prince of Bel Aire.”

Boxer Laila Ali and husband Curtis Conway attended the premiere of Will Smith’s movie “Seven Pounds” in Westwood, CA last night. Ali and Conway had a baby boy earlier this year.

Actors Michael Ealy and Rosario Dawson looked ike a couple at the the premiere of “Seven Pounds” last night. We know they’re not though ’cause Rosario doesn’t swing his way.

Gabrielle Union was on the prowl at the premiere looking hongry.

Sanaa Lathan walked the red carpet just ahead of Gabrielle Union, but I hear they both declined to pose together. Must be some history between the two. Maybe they tried to steal the same man? Who knows.

Nia Long attended the premiere as well. I’m assuming that’s her man. LOVE the leopard skin Christian Louboutin’s.

Terry Crews and his wife Rebecca also attended the premiere.

Keyshia Cole performed a set at the Hiro Ballroom in NYC last night. She’s also on tour with Lil Wayne. Probably as a tune-up for her own world tour that she will be headlining. Maybe Beyonce can open for her?

Young Jeezy and the entire CTE staff went shopping for toys this weekend in Atlanta for the 6th Annual Toyz N Da Hood at Wal-Mart. It’s all part of a week long toy drive that involves area schools. This year’s toy drive is expected to bring in 50,000 toys. The toys will be distributed to underprivileged children. The toy drive will culminate on Friday with an autograph signing and shopping expedition by Soulja Boy at the Wal Mart on Old National highway.

It’s hard not to get angry when people insist on hitting where it hurts. I lost my mom, grandmom, aunt and have had several cousins all develop breast cancer really early (like in their 20’s and 30’s)

That’s a huge insecurity/ worry for me and it drove fire through me for him to come at me like that.

If Ciara was at the premiere 50 attended, there have been no pics of her published anywhere that I have seen. I doubt she was there.

You may not have posted pics of Gabby and Sanaa together, but they indeed posed together at the premiere and those pics have been published. Not to mention these two ladies are ho stroll buddies. They have partied all over the world together.

Thanks for the tip on the book “Midnight”, my book club is reading this book for our January Mtg. We all enjoyed “The Coldest Winter Ever.”

I thought I had heard at one time that Jada Pinkett Smith had purchased the rights to the book to produce the movie. I always thought that she would make a slamming Winter, 5 to 7 years ago. Not really feeling anyone else that’s out there right now in this role.

Who else could play Winter? Not feeling Rosario either.

Girl… he wasn’t even living there!!! He bogarded his way into the house (tricked my nephew into letting him in while i was gone), acted a fool, and refused to leave. He developed a bad habit of just showing up and clowning. It’s just not worth it. You gotta learn to communicate respectfully or know when to say dammit enough is enough! You go to your corner… I’ll go to mine. We’ll pick this back up in a couple of hours/in the morning, when i get off work, whatever. If you still mad by the next day, talk to each other with some sense. I like K coles cd. There are only 3-4 songs I dont like. I did not like the 2pac single but I love the 2nd single complete me. I listened to the cd several times today at work its a winner in my book. She has grown and im proud of her growth.

i just got BACK to this post before i go to bed. i am always down @rochele and toi. i learned the bat and mace trick from my girlfriend…some dude jumped on her baby sister (5 girls) and we paid that cat a late night visit after stopping by the 24 hour walmart. she had me in WALMART in jacksonville florida (mind you we live in nc…8 hours away!!!) in the sporting goods section. we bought 2 bats and 3 cans of mace. she bust his door in and made his car alarm go off. and when dude came out to investigate…it was a WRAP! my job was to stand over dude and re-mace this muthafugga ANYTIME i thought he might be tryna see skrait…while they packed her sista sheit. we was in and out in like…25-30 minutes tops.
