There’s a ridiculous story making the rounds alleging that Michael Jackson is terminally ill and on his death bed. Supposedly he can barely speak, has internal bleeding and can’t see out of one eye.

The absurd claims are being made by the author of a Michael Jackson biography who wants to sell more than 20 copies of his book.

The national media is jumping all over this story as if it’s legitimate. But even TMZ.com snickered at this story because it sounds so ludicrous. I’m sure if Michael was so gravely ill, his family would have announced that by now. We wouldn’t have to wait for a book to come out to find out about his so-called terminal illness.
