Chris Brown Still Working

According to Life & Style magazine, Chris Brown is still getting gigs despite his reputation as a woman beater:

Melvin James, the director and writer of Caramel, in which Chris will star, tells Life & Style, “Chris’ current situation hasn’t had any effect on things in terms of the film. We’re still planning on working with him.

“We’re still in pre-production, but we’re looking to shoot around September. We got pushed back a little bit because of other projects. [LINK]

We’ll see how long that lasts before the film’s investor’s cave in to pressure and forces the film’s producer to drop Chris from the cast.

Since we’re on the subject of Chris: I spoke with someone close to T.I. who told me T.I. reached out to Rihanna and Chris out of concern for both — but Rihanna didn’t answer her phone.

I’m told T.I. grew close to Chris on the set of his new film Bone Deep, produced by Grand Hustle Films.

Chris plays T.I.’s little brother in the film, and T.I. still views him as a little brother off the set.

Bone Deep is still in production and is scheduled for a 2010 release.

I wonder if everyone would have the same opinions if it was their mother/sister/daughter who was in Rihanna’s shoes or their son/brother/father were in Chris’ shoes, because as Wendy says, its clear some of you weren’t hugged enough as children.

@Kara my sister has been there and I tried to help her baby daddy then and when I saw him a few mths back. He was arrested last mth for trying to rob somebody. He had a rough childhood (no excuse at all) but I did try and reach out and encourage him. So yes I pray for him and he jumped on my sister 2-3x back in the day and I pray for Chris now. I also pray that Chris and any other man who has a problem keeping their hands to themself get help. Chris is young and I say he can be redeemed if he did what he is being accused of. I pray RiRi makes a speedy recovery as well and gets counseling as well if she stayed in an abusive relationship like “inside sources” claim. I was not there so I dont know what he did or didnt do that night.

Now all these continuing stories are getting beyond ridiculous and are making this good, wholesome, law abiding, alleged woman hitting *only when provoked by the woman* teenager, out to be a villain. His OWN aunt was saying how good of a kid he was unless provoked. SMH and sighs! Poor Chris!

Even if he was a serial killer his family would say how good he was. The evidence speaks for itself. He has a history of choking Rihanna out behind closed doors. He needs anger management. I feel sorry for whatever chick he ends up with.

Lets just say Karaz and her boyfriend are riding in the lambo….Karaz gives her man the side eye for getting a text message from another girl (or whatever bs the sources say caused a rift)…WITHOUT reacting to her man’s no good deed, she in turn calls another man out of spite to piss her man off…her boyfriend THEN proceeds with Choking the shyt outta her and tells her “Immah kill u bytch”, bites her, punches her, slaps her, kicks her, karate chops her (all this while he’s driving)and busts her lip. Then he pulls over to keep whopping that azz sum moe…Karaz grabs the keys out of the ignition, and throws them out the car…Her boyfriend gets OUT the car to look for them. Now at this point, Karaz is in the car watching her man look for the keys…cell phone in her hand she was too afraid to call the police, Boyfriend out of the car she was to scared to take off running for help, and she was too afraid to close the doors to the car and lock the boyfriend out so he wouldn’t ATTACK her anymore…NO. Karaz waits in the car, face BLACK and BLUE, lips in shambles, nose in pieces, head in knots, and eaten alive for her Boyfriend to return. Boyfriend then ATTACKS Karaz some more until she is supposidly goes into a 5 sec coma..? Dare I ask Karaz….are you SURE thats how it happened??? Because no one deserves to be a DAYUM FOOL, but oh yes, someone DERSERVES to go to jail because of it.

I don’t think he should be punished or lose anything until the full story comes out personally….I’m not going to judge either until the truth comes out…if ever.

Also, I want to know what her exact injuries are…her grandmother said they aren’t as bad as the media is saying they are and that she’s fine. I’m just saying…did he slap her once? Punch her in the mouth? Or pinch her? WHAT really happened?

I am glad his father spoke out and will and Jada offered to help BOTH of them out as well. I want him to get help/counseling and her as well if she was indeed in an abusive relationship. I dont want to throw him out just yet he is still a teen. I do NOT condone men beating or hitting women at all and if thats what went down he needs to be held accountable and then move fwd from there. I am praying for both of them. Can’t be easy for either right now.

I honestly get what you’re saying. It’s why I kept saying alleged/if this story is true. I stand by my feeling of, if this story is true and that is the exact way things went down, then “Chris’ actions were monstrous TO ME“. Would I feel the same way if she were the one who gave him all the bruises? WITHOUT A DOUBT, “HELL MF’ING YES” Now the big question is believing who’s truth? People are going to believe who and what they want to believe and that is their right. I will never argue my opinion or anyone else’s opinion. If I don’t agree with someone or someone doesn’t agree with me, oh well we can agree to disagree, it’s all good. People who are for Chris aren’t any more warped minded then the ones that are for Rhianna, it’s their right to believe who and what they want. If Rhianna releases a statement today saying, “Chris became enraged after he received a text from another woman and then she called another man in retaliation and he then started hitting her” and 10 minutes later Chris releases a statement saying, “Rhianna started the fight by punching him first”, you are going to find people who are going to believe her and people who are going to believe him. *right or wrong it’s their right*

Let’s talk about celebs releasing statements/doing interviews. Chris Stokes denied allegations about abusing minor boys, R. Kelly *Chester Chester* denied he was the man in the sex video, Angelina denies ever messing with Brad Pitt during his marriage, OJ denies having anything to do with the murder of Nicole and Ron, Chris Brown’s step father denies abusing Chris’ mother, Ike denied ever abusing Tina, Scott Peterson denies killing his wife and son and the list goes on and on. All the people above released statements/did interviews denying their negative allegations, that does not mean their statements/interviews are true. So even after statements are released, I doubt anyone will ever know the TRUTH about this case. I could be wrong, but I personally believe this is not his first time hitting her nor do I believe that she has never hit him first. I pray God helps them both and let justice be done whether it’s in or out of the court room!!!!

You don’t even know if she got beat at all, all you know is what the blogs want you to know, We know she was attacked, we don’t know how serious the injuries were, we know Chris Brown was attacked…the injuries we saw (bite marks) seem to be minor, we know that Chris was charged with “criminal threats”, because he wasn’t at the scene when the police took Rhianna’s side of the story all they saw were her injuries…if the injuries were that serious Chris would have been charged with assault sweetie. Maybe somebody will make a statement this week.
