TMZ.com released court documents showing singer Tyrese Gibson made just under $1 million in 2008. Subtract the IRS’ lion’s share and subtract the cash his manager and business manager received, and Tyrese probably cleared about $200,000. Out of that, his baby mama gets about 6 Gs a month in child support. And don’t forget he’s probably supporting the next groupie and her family. So it’s safe to say Tyrese is living check to check like you and me.
When will these celebrities learn that behind every hawt looking groupie is a divorce attorney waiting to get a cut of his profits?

Tyrese Gibson made just shy of a million bucks last year. His soon-to-be-ex-wife? Not so much.
According to docs just released in their ongoing divorce, Tyrese Gibson pulled in an estimated $77,946 per month in 2008 ($935,352 annually — we used a calculator too). Norma Gibson made an estimated zilch.
Tyrese and Norma are still battling over support. He currently pays $6,230 a month.
The docs also reveal Tyrese owns two cars (a Bentley and a Land Rover), a house in Temecula, Calif., and two small production companies.
Mrs. Gibson’s assets are listed simply as “paintings” and “jewelry.”
