It must be difficult for the Obama worshipers in the mainstream media to accept the fact that no one outside of their close-knit fraternity obsesses over Obama the way they do.

From MM:

Aptly named. Lemon certainly looked like he had swallowed something sour after Mabuse rejected his obsequious suggestion that President Obama’s warm welcome was somehow “unprecedented.”
Golden moment:

Mabuse: “It’s not unprecedented. When President Bush was here, you will remember, in February, there were people who were drumming, there were dances, and President Bush joined some of them.”

LOL, the blank stare on Lemon's face is priceless! Here's his face when African CNN correspondent Nkepile Mabuse tells him Obama got the same welcome that George Bush did. :blink:

Lemon was definitely caught off guard by her unbiased professionalism. Obviously Ms. Mabuse didn't get the memo that she's supposed to worship Obama as her counterparts at CNN do.

    There's no helping you Sandra. You are almost worst then Sean Hannity, Bill Oreily(in the sense of ever opportunity to blast our beloved President Obama)you armed...:-)
    Splashing my Holy Cherry Kool-Aid on this post!!!!!

  • Peachizz

    "Splashing my Holy Cherry Kool-Aid" LOL I had to :-) at that one myself....

    What blank stare?!
    Surely, we must be watching 2 different videos. Don Lemon looked up at the camera then takes a peek at his notes while reaffirming that it's an African welcome tradition as stated by Mabuse. Stevie Wonder could see that!

    And the link being from Michelle Malkin, a non-White conservative blogger (a minority supporting a party that dislikes monorities), not even a well-regarded journalist says a lot about her take on this.

  • SunnyPA

    ROFL...I was having a sh*tty morning (car problems) and really needed that laugh. I guess that's the last time Mabuse will be on CNN.

  • Daisy

    Well I would venture to say he meant un precedented in the sense that it was an AFRICAN american President coming to Ghana for the 1st time. I will also say PEOPLE were NOT in the streets awaiting Bush like they were for Pres Obama. The drumming and dancing does occur for every president from any country but the natives arent geeked running around with AMERICAN flags when Bush came to town. Clinton also went to Africa several times and was well recvd so whats your point? The natives who look like me and the President were on cloud 9 that Obmama chose Ghana to visit.

    So I was right months back when I said anybody who supports the President in any way shape or form is labeled a kool aid drinker by you SMH. I have heard Don get on the President on more than one occasion nobody is going to agree with the man 100% of the time. Some ppl like him as a person/man but not his politics are they kool aid drinkers as well?

    ROFL
    I saw it clear as day...Lemon's body jerked like he was having a seizure when she said that. He recouped pretty good.

  • Daisy

  • starr

  • anti-PC

    Yes, I saw this.

    Bush has done more for Africa than any President in history.

    But hey, facts are boring. Let's stick with fantasies!

  • Peachizz

    @Daisy
    Ann Coulture , Rush L and Sean Hannity are on my list 1-3.

  • Daisy

    @Anti How long has President Obama been in office? Bush didn't help the ppl of Sudan. He threw alot of money their way nobody said otherwise I guess you had to find a way to boost Bush BUT I will wait and see what President Obama does for Africa during his presdiency.

  • Avanti

    Uh un Sandra... leave my future husband Don Lemon alone! I am soooooo in love with him (esp since you crushed my dreams of marrying Terrell Carter!!!).

    There was no blank stare. He seemed to be adjusting in his seat to me.

    But get off of Don now! :/

  • SunnyPA

    I have to agree with Daisy that Bush threw a lot of money their way but nothing else.

    On the other hand, I was pissed to read that Obama told them (Africans) they needed to be more responsible for their own conflicts.

  • Daisy

    @Sunny I agreed with the President as well he tells black folks the same things over here.lol

  • starr

    ~~~~~~~~~
    As a politician and a black man, I think he said that to not "play favortisim". Ppl tend to think that because he is black that all will be taken care of.
    His statement was that we(Americans) will not take care of Africa but find a way for them to "take care of themselves".
    LOL!! :lol: Did you see the cameraman cut away quickly to the journalist to spare Lemon any further embarrassment? He looked down at his papers as if to say, "That's not in the script." :rofl:
    ---------------------------------------------------------------
    Anti PC, please tell me what Bush has done for Africa? I know what he did for my country:
    His homies at Halliburton continued the bribery and corruption to get oil contracts. Of course because they continue to devastate the natural environment by doing shoddy work and polluting the water and land in the Niger Delta, destroying the livelihood of fishermen and farmers, without compensating them. The local youths rebelled and formed militant groups that kidnap foreigners and locals alike, to get some money to feed their families and community.
    He recognized a selected president as though elections were held democratically, encouraging other western nations to do the same, but of course he would, so his friends can continue to rape & pillage our oil resources.
    Bush helped to further destabilize my country, so what, pray tell did he do for Africa that was actually for the good of the people?
    That goes for FAUX news as well and like I said before Don has gotten on the President in the past but I guess if you are not BASHING him 24/7 like Fox then you are not being objective *sighs*
  • sdsthomas
    But...actually these anti Obama blogs are the best in PURE UNADULTRATED COMEDY!!!
    And by the way...I don't drink Kool Aid...I also don't push the ideologizes of a racists hyprotical and corrupt party that would sooner spit in somebody like Auntie's face than tell her the time of day...
