COLOSSAL FAIL

Beyonce’s sister Solange Knowles shaved her hair off last month in a fit of self-expression which turned out to be a publicity stunt that went bust. After her fans and critics alike handed Solange her head (so to speak), she switched back to wearing wigs again and fled the country to Europe with her son Julez.

Solange eventually returned home and tried her best to shape her edges up to no avail. Unfortunately, after years of stressing her hair with extensions, weave glue and wigs, her edges are now back behind her ears. Though she looks a little more presentable, her naps still look dreadful. The short, uncombed style doesn’t fit her at all. Hopefully, Solange will allow her hair time to grow out and then she can texturize it and put it in a cute style like a short bob. She definitely needs to leave the lacefronts and weave to her sister Beyonce.

Solonge hair looks better than it did the last time. I think it brings out her face. Now who hair is working IMO is Keysha Cole. She took the shaved head and did the damn thing.

I love the shoes and have always been a “short hair” fan. I love this look on her. Everyone can’t pull this style, and the ones that do, usually looks really nice with it.

I thought I would be in the minority because I think the short hair makes Solange look much better. It shows her facial features nicely and she has the right grade of hair to pull it off. I don’t like the bag but those shoes are NICE!

I know I’m late but that last episode of RHWOA… AGAIN Kandi story is the most “real” out of all of them. Was she reading this site yall? I felt so guilty. Her momma was telling her right. & while she siad she was doing it for her daughter. She may not be thinking with a clear mind. Her daughter said she doesn’t want her mom to marry him and or have all his children as her “friends”.

That scene at the end with Kim, Sharee and NeNe???? Sharee was lying and NeNe is childish for even harping on he say, she say from last season. Didn’t she watch the episodes? Everything Kim said was true. Sharee said all that on camera. Move on you old bitshes and act your age not your shoe size.

Lisa husband was so sweet to set up that bubble bath rose dinner for her (on tv:| ) I doubt that is going to make her want another baby. All them kids he is asking for he should’ve married a twenty something year old.

Well I give it up to my natural sistahs… I’m a perm girl myself. I once cut my hair short (back n the 90’s) and that in btw grow back period was not the move.

Anyway, I would miss my hair too much if I cut it all off. & while I’ve always wanted to. I don’t do wigs. Besides putting a comb thru my hair is a relax technique for me.. So soothing.

I think Kandi is starting to realize that she deserves a man that can start a LIFE with her, not suck the LIFE out of her. Yes I’ve been following the story. I don’t like to speak ill about the dead because they can’t defend themself.

But

The husband is likely in shock (& doesn’t want to be sued) over losing such a huge chunk of his life so suddenly. Science is science… you can’t really dispute too much of it. They found liquor in her stomach undigested… they found an empty bottle in the car… and was also found. It was hard for me to also comprehend all of this. I would think even being a lil tipsy and high you would realize that you are driving the wrong way on a hway.

I think there is more to the story. She called her brother and told him something about not feeling well, Her cell phone was thrown out the window, the husband was at the camp with her yet sent her home with all those kids by herself. I personally think they had a big fight before hand and that caused her to drink (so much so fast) and not think straight. Its a sad story either way bc of all the children who died.

I don’t get that from the accident at all #46. They’re saying they’ve never saw her drinking. She may have hid her drinking and even have been drinking or driving but I don’t think I’ve read anything that points to her commiting suicide.

But yeah. I certainly think that Kim held her own. She was not going to let them loud mouth black women talk her under the table. I was a lil disappointed in NeNe because Kim made it clear that she didn’t care about her friendship with the others only her. Why couldn’t she just accept that. Yeah, I have very fine and soft hair, but it’s genetically thin and relaxing it was making it worse. I was only relaxing it every 3 or 3 1/2 months anyway.

I’m not going to lie – I miss my cute little summer cuts sometimes. But, I have the face for short hair and I love getting out of bed, wetting my hair, putting in product and heading out the door. Don’t care about rain and sweat either.

I think we are missing something isnt the drive from the camp like 1.5 hrs yet she had been driving for 4hrs or something and was still not back home. I mean she could have been drunk I dont know just a sad story and I dont think she tried to commit sucicide either. There are closet alcholics but something just doesnt add up to me.

I disagree with Sandra…the short hairstyle is very flattering on Solange. It makes her look attractive because you actually see her face. She also NO longer looks like the hoardes of other celebrities who tack on weaves…this further pushes her outside the box. Go on Solange — work it girl.
