MTV Germany premiered the video yesterday and it’s all over the Internets. So by the time it airs on MTV US tonight, the world will have already seen piece of garbage.

Okay kill me if you will but I actually like the song more because of the video… And I do think Rhianna is a perfect fit for the song…I mean it’s really silly to say that she can’t sing when she can obviously hold a tune, and while she can’t SANG (let’s be honest few can) she is clearly better than 75% of the worlds population. I’m not a Rhi, Jay or Kanye stan but I liked it.

A breath of fresh air considering it could have been full of White, Latino-African, a few token Black models shaking their arse in all Black and do rags, popping it like it hot…

what is this ish i am sorry i was NEVER a jayz fan the only thing he had was a good hook and a dope beat, most of his lyrics were borrowed from earlier rap songs, but rhianna really sounds like a cross between brittanny and beyonce, Ye is okay but this is straight booty it reminds me of why i stopped listening to american rap

I can’t watch the video but I will try to find it somewhere else on line lol I LOVE the song thanks to the beat and Rihannas hook and Ye’s verse is straight I have heard better from him (I am a Kanye STAN). The 1min clip of the video I saw last night was straight.

wow that vid coulda been WAY better, if you saw the 10 sec ‘trailer’ you seen the vid. unless its some extended 10 min cut with a backstory or something , the vid is trash. like the song tho and all 3 artists involved, but when you drop trailers and release dates for Music videos like you michael jackson, come correct. Really release dates and trailers? That was a bit unnecessary, hadn’t seen anything like that so it didn’t count in my opinion. Only Michael and Usher’s video Caught Up was worthy of of the hype they actually told a story…this one not so much but I liked it for what it was…

love the video def something different from the same videos we see in the club or on south beach in a boat. the director says the concept is a global one because most other countries other than ours if you gonna run the town its gonna be on some vigilante type stuff and thats what they went with for the video. and JJ if you listen to the verse he basically talking about upgrading a female at that point from a chick wearing tennis shoes all the time to heels and riding in maybachs

granted i cant take a whole cd of rihanna singing her voice is unique there are certain types of songs her voice is perfect which this is one of them cause it fits the tempo and tone of the song which probably helps because this was originally her song anyway

I can separate somebodys religious beliefs or NON from their art/music. I know who I serve and what/who I believe in so I am good at the end of the day. I like this right here! I personally, used to prefer Tierra Marie when she was with the Roc (she kinda reminds me of Tammi Terrell) but Rhianna is definitely growing on me. Very nice.
