Mitrice Richardson Case Ruled a Homicide

Remember missing Call State grad Mitrice Richardson who went missing after being released from a California jail? Her case has been ruled a homicide three months after being released from Lost Hills Police station at 1:25 a.m. on Sept. 17.

Richardson, 24, was arrested in Malibu on Sept. 16 for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and for not paying her restaurant bill.

Here are the police recordings between Mitrice’s concerned mother and the police in chronological order. The only recording that’s missing is the one in which the police informed Mitrice’s mother that she was released hours after her mother pleaded with police not to release her daughter into an unfamiliar area after dark without a car.
