Sarah Palin fired back at Barack Obama today during her speech at the SRLC.
Obama had dismissed Palin’s earlier criticism of his no nukes policy saying, “Last I checked, Sarah Palin’s not much of an expert on nuclear issues.”
But Palin threw the knockout punch today saying, “Obama, with all the vast nuclear experience that he acquired as a ‘community organizer.” LOL!! I’m still laughing!
I’m sure that Obama’s advisors (the ones he never listens to) will advise Obama not to respond to Palin’s taunts. But he will respond because his massive ego demands a response.

And Sarah Palin has experience with nuclear missile issues gained from community college(s)??? Or maybe it was cause she can see Russia from her house?

He has a better chance telling people to turn in all their guns/weapons that they carry with them and have in their homes.

As a resident alien from London, England, I am not allowed to vote. Even if I could I wouldn’t because politicians in this country are shady.

I wish people would do research before making stupid comments. This agreement does not mean that the US will get rid of all its warheads. The US will retain basically all the warheads it currently has. Russia and the US will have the same amount. What we have now is enough to destroy the world hundreds of times over.
And what kind of sense does it make to say that we need to stockpile nuclear weapons just because other nations, who aren’t our allies, will? What will that accomplish. One nuclear weapon hitting the US at the right spot is enough to wipe us out. What we need to do it what Obama has done, enter into agreements with our allies and build support world wide. When we have nations supporting us, it strengthens the clout we have on a global scale. We can no longer take the rouge nation approach that Bush took.
It says a lot about Palin that she continues to toss around Reagan’s name, saying he would be against this. But what she either doesn’t know or is ignoring is that Reagan’s former advisers support Obama’s agreement.

why does SR find so much joy when people attack obama? Sandra, surely there has to be something you agree with that he’s doing. I’m not completely sold, and would feel this way if mccain had won, but i dont knock the man every chance I get or smile cheerfully when others do it.
Plain criticizing Obama from the sidelines, is as equally silly and vainglorious as when Obama did with Bush. The problem is, Obama, like most people with huge egos, is quite thinned skin and insecure when challenged.
Bush, while being a horrible communicator, and pretty much an absentee president in his last term, never complained (he wisely let his surrogates do it), never called out private citizens who were critical of him, and never criticized private voting blocks who disagreed with him (listen to Obama’s speeches where he dogs Republcians (could care less about), and groups of the electorate who disagree with him (pitting groups against each other, a la Alinsky community organizer).
I grew up on the South Side of Chicago in Bobby Rush’s district, so before the Obama bandwagon got underway, I knew all about Barack Obama. He is a character out of a movie. He comes across as cool, intellectual and confidant. He is not. The veneer will come off soon enough. Most people are surprised the HCR bill ended up like it did… it is almost identical to the bill/legislative outline that Obama drafted while an Illinois state congressman from the southside of Chicago.
Palin is no where near qualified to be president. Obama is less so, as we will soon find out.
PLEASE let her run for Prez or vice-Prez wit the other VERY NICE and Wise republican Newt Gingrich against Obama and see who wins. Sarah Palin is a dipshit who can’t remember shit so she rites it on her hand.

Sandra PLEASE! For part of the time she was governor, she had no control over Alaska’s national guard, the President did. Furthermore, if a strike was made on America, the federal government, not a state’s governor is the one that would respond. I doubt Gov. Perry of Texas is the one that will fight off Mexico; Crist isn’t going to combat Cuba. Thats like that ridiculous, “I can see Russia from my house” line.
Even if she were privy to government secrets, she sure hasn’t acted like it. Her discussions about nuclear arms has been about Reagan and misstating his administration’s position. She’ll throw in some disparaging remarks about Obama and a playground analogy and people applaud. I expect more from you Sandra.
