Chris Brown barred from Europe

Chris Brown was forced to cancel his European tour that was set to kick off in Glasgow on June 9th.

Last week I told you that no U.S. promoter was willing to put together a tour for the troubled singer in this country due to the backlash they would surely receive from enraged domestic abuse groups. Well, it seems the convicted woman beater won’t be touring in Europe either!

Brown posted this “tweet” about an hour ago on his Twitter page. The coward then deleted it a few minutes later. But thanks to Twitter‘s slow as molasses server farm, the tweet was saved for a few minutes before being completely removed.

That’s the thing Sandra…she ISNT healthy. Her career is going down too, just more slowly than Chris. She is the one of most sexually aggressive performer out there and that did not start happeneing until after the CB situation. It is a reaction to what happened to her, trying to regain control.
What is worse is that she used this situation to her monatary advantage. She did not give an interview until her CD was released. That was horrible and this is from someone who had to council a friend to leave an abusive relationship. It sucks for CB, and I’m starting to fill a “little” bad for the guy. But He has done nothing to help his situation.

He has gone around hoping everyone would just “forget & forgive”. Hes just tried to continue business as normal when nothing is normal.

Honestly, He should of took the TI approach and instead of hoping everyone forgot about the incident..He should of Used the incident to give back…and grow a “rose from the concrete” (make something positive out of a negative)

He needed to accept his responsibility and then go make amends to the Women of the world. He should of been out speaking against domestic violence to kids and focus groups for at least a good year before even thinking about doing music again. But I’m not his management team. So all i can say is i hope he gets it together before things get real worse….which it appears it might head that way.

I think part of the problem Chris is having is that he was marketed as this nice little boy next door and what he did to Rihanna totally went against that image. Rappers and certain R&B acts could get away with what he did because they were always marketed as badboys and do what you’d expect a badboy to do.

As far as RihRih’s new over the top image, I really don’t know if it’s the aftereffect of the CB situation or if it’s a part of her whole GGGB concept. Even if you look at the videos from that album, her look as getting more and more edgy as new videos came out.

chris should have just taken a break. He came back out right after this all happened. It doesn’t mean his career is over. He should have taken time went in the studio and created some hard music. A few points:

1. Europe is a continent, i.e. with several countries. Have all these countries in said Europe denied Chris Brown an entry visa?

2. I am no Chris Brown supporter, I abhor domestic violence and loathe its perpetrators. That said, Charlie Sheen, who is basically a walking DV bill board just negotiated a higher, million-dollor salary for his show Two And A Half Men (PS: Never seen it – why would I? ). My point being that some are rewarded for DV and others not, which is shameful and the wrong message to be sending advocates against DV.

3. Last but not least, WHERE ARE SAID DV ADVOCATES now that Charlie Sheen has began court appearances? I have not seen any demonstrations outside the court house or on the streets.
