According to a press release, Mychael Knight’s unveiled his Spring/ Summer 2012 “Lost World” Collection at NY Fashion Week yesterday. Celebrity attendees included Sheri Shepherd, rapper Trina, reality tv stars Olivia, Gloria Govan (BBWives LA), supermodel Jessica White and America’s Next Top Models veterans, Dani Evans & Nik Pace.
Mychael Knight has taken to the Mesozaic Era for inspiration for his SS 2012 LOST WORLD collection. Carefully crafting pieces that evoke the fierce strength and tenacious splendor of dinosaurs, Knight takes a graphic yet sultry take on women’s ready-to-wear. “This collection is about extracting the beauty from the beasts,” says Knight. His beautiful yet practical, LOST WORLD Collection is a solid presentation of separates, day dresses, swim wear, and evening gowns.
