Singer/songwriter Ne-Yo and his beard Monyetta Shaw are the proud parents of a bouncing baby boy! Sandrarose.com broke the news earlier this year that Shaw was pregnant again after giving birth to the couple’s first child, a girl, Madilyn Grace Smith, on November 12, 2010.
According to the NY Post’s Page Six, Ne-Yo dropped out of a performance at the Hotel on Rivington’s Co-Op Penthouse on Wednesday night. But the R&B crooner had a very good excuse: His fiancée was giving birth to their baby boy. The party for Yellow Fever’s presentation of menswear line Johnny Love NYC went on, and the crowd was still wowed when Jay-Z showed up to support the line’s Mikkel and Hege Eriksen.

I see being a surrogate as a different thing though because you intentionally got pregnant to give someone else a chance to be a parent.

I soooo love Ne-yo!
I hated Libra Scale when I first heard it. Gave it a 2nd chance and now it stays in heavy rotation! Champagne Life, One in a Million & Telekinesis..great album to get some lovin off of! But nothing beats “Lie to Me” on Year of the Gentleman! I’ve been playing that song over and over in my car for the past 5 days.
