If the Jackson drama was a publicity stunt to promote the Jackson brothers’ tour, it has backfired badly.
A California judge has suspended Katherine Jackson as the legal guardian of the late Michael Jackson’s 3 children. In an emergency hearing today, the judge appointed TJ Jackson, son of Jackson 5 original member Tito Jackson, as the children’s temporary guardian. TJ Jackson was a member of the 1990s music group 3T.
According to TJ’s uncle, Jermaine Jackson, Katherine Jackson suffered a mild stroke months ago which left her physically unable to care for the children.
“This is not a power play by TJ Jackson,” L.A. Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff said at an emergency hearing today. “This is based on the allegation that Katherine Jackson is being prevented from acting as guardian.”

Katherine’s attorney was also present and said there’s “reason to believe” her client is “being held against her will.”
But that is supposedly changing now, as Randy Jackson appeared today on Good Morning America and said his mother is on her way back to California.
It appears as though Randy’s scheme – to convince his mom to challenge the authenticity of Michael’s will because he’s upset it does not name him or any siblings as benefactors – has fallen apart and he is being forced to cave in to public pressure.
Last night, Marlon Jackson broke down during an interview, pleading to learn the whereabouts of his mother.

Diana is named on both wills which I dont understand what is their problem as even if the current will is dismissed the old will still name one of the executors as the sole executor. The only difference between the old and new will is that it didnt stipulate that Katherine’s share go back to the kids and that other guy was not an executor. At this point no judge is going to vacate the will as he sees that the idiots only want money. Second Katherine is not going to get back the kids as her children’s influence is too much and this has caused an emotional distress on the children. The judge told TJ to file for permanent guardianship. Diana has to be notified because she was named as second guardian and Debbie still has her legal rights. Due to the kids never living with Debbie, not having a relationship with them and them being teenagers, she will never get them, so the fight will be between Diana and TJ and if the kids choose him more than likely he will get them. Still no sibling gets the money because he will just be a paid babysitter, nothing more

Second Katherine is not going to get back the kids as her children’s influence is too much and this has caused an emotional distress on the children. The judge told TJ to file for permanent guardianship. Diana has to be notified because she was named as second guardian and Debbie still has her legal rights. Due to the kids never living with Debbie, not having a relationship with them and them being teenagers, she will never get them, so the fight will be between Diana and TJ and if the kids choose him more than likely he will get them. Still no sibling gets the money because he will just be a paid babysitter, nothing more

Thanks for the info. I was watching “ET”, and TJ was close to Michael. Mama Jackson(that is what Glayds Knight calls her,she was on “The Talk” today) even kind of took him under her wing, when his mom drowed in the pool. Michael was close to JT, he started the careers of the group, and became very close to Mike’s kids. Now it’s making more sense to me. His kids grew up around JT, and why now is Latoya staying “neutral” in anything the Jackson’s are doing?
I think the whole challenge of the will was the changes the executors were making. They evicted Alexandria and while they were renovating the Encino mansion they limited who could reside in the Casablas home. Katherine sad to say is a push over because as a guardian they limit what decisions you are able to make especially when you have conservators, she was only able to make so much decisions out of respect for Michael. They cant say the executors stealing because financial conservators esp high profile cases have to submit docs to court periodically. Ive been saying all along I dont agree with Paris methods but you have to applaud that child. She saw them scheeming and refused for them to ruin what her ended up dying for – their security. I understand also why she was so infuriated. Michael only allowed those kids around Katherine, Rebbie, Janet, LaToya and the three Ts and basically 3 of the women they trusted all their lives turned on them for a paycheck they were never going to get. Its sad when your family turn on you for money.

Honestly I dont see why the kids having his blood or not is his. He raised them, those are his kids and he had all them hiefers legitimize him. Whether or not they have Jackson blood in them is not going to make a difference as no one can strip the kids of that inheritance and thats the only reason their biology has not been questioned – it has already been legally determined and its a waste of time for anyone who challenges it. Say what we may think about Michael but the things he wanted more than anything else – those kids he made sure to secure them to ensure that no one could take them from him and to ensure that they never loose out on what he left for them

Morning yall! Did anyone see that STRANGE interview that Katherine gave last night? She put out a statement herself and it was so bizarre.
Clearly, there are some missing facts about this whole entire ordeal.
I am really confused about some things. When the reported her missing, she had been gone for a WEEK. Who does not report an 82 year old missing after a few hours, a day MAX? Paris loves to tweet, but she left that part out? Why? Only after they filed the report did she confirm she was missing. Something REEKS about this whole situation.
James Holmes, the suspect in the Aurora movie theater shooting that left 12 dead and 58 injured, mailed planned details of his rampage to a University of Colorado psychiatrist before the July 20 attack, Fox News reports.
But according to a law enforcement source, the unopened package sat in a mailroom for as long as a week before it was discovered on Monday, July 23.
Police and FBI agents were called to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus on Monday after the psychiatrist (who is also a professor at the school) reported receiving a package believed to be from Holmes.

Although that initial package proved to be harmless, a search turned up another package – this one reported to be from Holmes. Upon opening it, a notebook documenting the chilling details of Holmes’s planned attack was discovered, according to the Fox report.
“There were drawings of what he was going to do in it – drawings and illustrations of the massacre,” the source told Fox News.
The source added that the package had been in the mailroom since July 12, but it is unclear why it had not been delivered to the psychiatrist earlier.
It is also unknown whether the psychiatrist had any prior contact with Holmes.

President Barack Obama called late Wednesday for tougher background checks designed to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and the mentally ill.
“A lot of gun owners would agree that AK-47s belong in the hands of soldiers, not in the hands of criminals — that they belong on the battlefield of war, not on the streets of our cities,” the president, who has called for reimposing the Assault Weapons Ban, said in a speech to the National Urban League.
“I believe the majority of gun owners would agree that we should do everything possible to prevent criminals and fugitives from purchasing weapons; that we should check someone’s criminal record before they can check out a gun seller; that a mentally unbalanced individual should not be able to get his hands on a gun so easily,” he said. “These steps shouldn’t be controversial. They should be common sense.”
But Obama also offered a nod to the difficult politics of gun control, portraying himself as a believer in the individual right to bear arms, and acknowledging that calls to action after an incident like the one in Aurora often fade.
“When there is an extraordinarily heartbreaking tragedy like the one we saw, there’s always an outcry immediately after for action. And there’s talk of new reforms, and there’s talk of new legislation,” Obama said in his speech. “And too often, those efforts are defeated by politics and by lobbying and eventually by the pull of our collective attention elsewhere.”
“And I, like most Americans, believe that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual the right to bear arms. And we recognize the traditions of gun ownership that passed on from generation to generation -— that hunting and shooting are part of a cherished national heritage,” he said.
The president also singled out youth violence, and warned that government can only do so much. “It’s up to us, as parents and as neighbors and as teachers and as mentors, to make sure our young people don’t have that void inside them,” he said.
