Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson returned home just hours after a judge suspended her legal guardianship over Michael Jackson’s 3 children.
Katherine left Arizona by car Wednesday and arrived at her Calabasas, CA home around 1 a.m. Thursday accompanied by a police escort.
Michael’s daughter, Paris Jackson, 14, tweeted “grandma’s here ! #thankyougod.” Middle son Marlon Jackson also tweeted his mother was home, adding that his siblings joined her on a television interview without notifying him.
L.A. Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff appointed TJ Jackson, son of Jackson 5 original member Tito Jackson, as the children’s temporary guardian during an emergency hearing Wednesday. TJ Jackson was a member of the 1990s music group T3.
“This is not a power play by TJ Jackson,” the judge said. “This is based on the allegation that Katherine Jackson is being prevented from acting as guardian.”
“I am devastated that while I’ve been away, that my children, my grandchildren, have been taken away from me,” said Katherine reading from a prepared statement.
“I am here today to let everybody know that I am fine and I am here with my children, and my children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will,” she said while her children Randy, Janet and Rebbie were seated next to her. “It’s very stupid for people to think that.”
Katherine sounded alert and oriented during the television appearance. According to Jermaine Jackson, Katherine suffered a mild stroke months ago. Paris Jackson took to Twitter to complain that her grandmother was “missing.”

Here is something I don’t understand…She left on the 9th, left the kids with her 34 year old grandson who lives in the house with his wife and 3 kids. When she goes away this is who she usually leaves them with. Between the 9th and today wth happened.I don’t beleive the kids didn’t know she was going away…No wonder Tito fell back the other day, Grandma’s being taken advantage of by people inside the house, Janet and Rebbie recognized this unfortantly their intentions got caught up in the brothers intentions which I don’t think are the same….But I see nothing wrong with them contesting the will nothing strange their people do it all the time..for far less.
I’m glad she’s home and all but this situation is still flucked up, not that it’s really any of my business though.

Okay…As an admitted MJ stan…Here’s what I think about all this drama so far…You can skip if if you like cause it might get long.
Katherine Jackson is TIRED. She’s been dealing with her family’s bullsht, starting with Joe’s crazy ass, for too long and she is TIRED of it. If she had a stroke, that makes her even more done with all these youngins tryna pull her this way and that. Also, if she did have a stroke, that could explain the slurring and disorientation people are claiming that proves she is being drugged.
As sneaky and greedy as most of Kathrine’s kids seem, I honestly don’t think they world stoop to drugging their mother. I think they are taking full advantage of her older, weakened state to get control of MJ kids and access to money that is allotted to care for them till they are of age. That is the only way they can get close to MJ’s money.
The kids. I’m ultimately on their side. They will be targets for the rest of their lives because of who their father was and what the left them. MJ would NOT want Paris on Twitter under any circumstances. But she is and I feel for her. She is just a kid and doesn’t know who to really trust. I’m sure she has her father’s bias against his brothers and sisters and she depends heavily on her grandmother, just as MJ did. Paris voiced her concern to the world. Can’t say I wouldn’t have done the same as I was really close to my own grandmother and very protective of her.
In the end, none of us knows what’s really going on and probably never will. I probably shouldn’t care as much as I do and I give too many fcks for them I guess. I can’t help it.

my spouse has a lot of siblings and things always fall apart or get interpreted differently. in light of paris’ antics, they probably felt like the less she knew, the better. so they persuade mama kathy to go get some rest, get away, and leave X in charge. so mama kathy leaves X in charge and thinks all is well.
paris starts getting suspicious because she can’t TALK to her grandma. if she can’t talk to her, she can’t really verify WHERE she is. so she starts tweeting she can’t find her grandma. meanwhile, mama kathy still thinks all is well at the ranch. paris is calling and somebody is blocking her calls. and not just her calls but other family members’ calls as well. paris keeps tweeting and now the media has jumped on it.
and here come the estate lawyers who file with the judge. now this is where everybody who was involved in the original “rest” plot will fall apart because the public is ridiculing them. some no longer want their name associated with it cause it’s real ugly now. janet is like fugg it, i’m going to get this lil hoe’s phone. umm, not. that shyt is caught on tape and the media goes crazy. meanwhile, mama kathy still thinks all is well and X is doing his job. however, somebody fires X without her authorization. now somebody has to explain to her that a judge is involved, the lawyers are involved, the media is involved, and the family is turning against one another. next thing she hears, she has deserted the children and they are running amok and hungry!
she puts out a written statement that she is going home IMMEDIATELY. unless they find a way to deal with paris, they will never succeed in whatever they are trying to do. me thinks that paris will find a way to get the word out whether her phone privileges are revoked or not. since she was successful in foiling this plot, she is not going to stop.

Well THANK GOD grandma’s home! Its obvious by Paris’ tweets that she has become emotionally connected to Katherine. I’m glad TJ has temporary custody…I think its time for Katherine to be grandma only….leave all the financial/physical/legal in someone else’s hands. IMO–None of MJ’s siblings are trustworthy enough for custody.

I will agree that Paris is probably enjoying the public attention that would probably have NEVER happened under MJ’s watch. But then, her father was so far under his addiction who knows what kind of control he would have over his kids now that that aren’t young enough to hide under veils and blankets.
Paris probably does have this idealized image of father, as most girls do. Will it do her more harm than good as she gets older? Maybe. She’s gonna have to learn sooner or later and hopefully she doesn’t end up another Latoya when she does.
I still feel sorry for these kids. Paris is a child at the end of the day and if she wasn’t a Jackson, we would not know or care what she tweets. People’s kids tweet things all the time they would not approve of and never know it because honestly parents/guardians are not checking for their kid’s twitter/fb pages for real. The Jackson clan included. These kids needs guidance and someone who really has their best interest in mind other than their grandmother.

I think the issue with the kids (Paris, Prince, and Blanket) is that they went so long without speaking to their grandmother. What guardian/parent leaves children who are under their care for damn near two weeks without even calling to check on them?
