Women should go into a marriage with an opened mind, meaning, he’s going to cheat. women make the mistake of allowing themselves to get caught up in ‘OMG, that mf cheated on me’ and decide to end it. The marriage is the two of you together building your home and life together. If that man wanna go and get some trim on the side, cuz he will eventually, prepare for it. The wife should just take care of home.

You spend all those years building it, why on earth would you walk away from it all cuz of he went out and got satisfaction elsewhere along the way from another harlet? You should thank that woman, in all honesty. She’s keeping your marriage together. and that’s what Denzel means if you read ‘tween the lines.

i half agree with what you’re saying. all men don’t cheat. all women aren’t faithful. HOWEVER, you have to decide, IF it happens, if your marriage is more important than the unfaithfulness. i’ve seen my friends struggle with this–they stay but they don’t forgive and forget so it eats at them. they have good days and bad days.

in the old days, the marriage and family structure was more important than the bullshyt so couples stayed together. my grandpa should have divorced my grandma due to her abusive ways but he hung in there til death. when he died, she refused to eat until she died. she put that man through hell but it started when she caught him cheating red-handed.
