In celebrity lingo, “longtime” could mean as little as 6 to 8 months. Eve has galloped through multiple relationships with men over the past decade. Her most notorious lover, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, multimillionaire son of the Equatorial Guinea president, fled California in 2011 ahead of a federal investigation into misuse of Equatorial Guinea public funds to support his extravagant lifestyle.
Before he left the U.S., Teodoro reportedly shipped 11 luxury vehicles — including 2 Bugattis — to France at a cost of $12 million. French authorities promptly seized the 11 automobiles and issued an arrest warrant for Teodoro, according to International Business Times.
Among the cars seized were a Maybach; an Aston Martin; a Ferrari Enzo; a Ferrari 599 GTO; a Rolls-Royce Phantom; and a Maserati MC12.
French authorities also seized Obiang’s palatial $180 5-story mansion in Paris. According to the NY Times, the mansion has “101 rooms, including a Turkish bath, a hair salon, two gym clubs, a nightclub and a movie theater.”
