A 14-year-old California girl went missing after walking the family dog, ktla.com reports. Leah Kritzer vanished after taking the family dog, Popeye, for a walk in Manhattan Beach on Sunday. Her parents became aware of her disappearance when a neighbor found Popeye roaming free.
“So went out to see her and there was our dog with the leash on and our daughter wasn’t there and she hasn’t come home since,” said her father Joe Kritzer, an attorney.
Leah’s parents believe she was taken by a man she met on the dating website OKCupid. Apparently Leah was promiscuous and had met other men off the website.

On Tuesday, the teenager’s parents discovered that Leah had been secretly posing as a 19-year-old woman in online chat rooms.
They made the discovery after calling an unfamiliar number they found on Leah’s cell phone.
A 19-year-old man who answered the phone told the Kritzers that he met up with Leah in Hermosa Beach a few weeks ago but realized right away she was much younger than her profile stated and left, her parents said.
Her parents feared that on Sunday she might have met up with another man who wasn’t so nice.
Leah was described as 5 foot 7 inches tall with braces and blond hair with orange tips.
Anyone with information is urged to call Manhattan Beach Police at 310-802-5140.

When I was a teenager, I shared too much info in a chat room. When someone sent a letter to my dad’s house, I knew it was time to cut it out because I clearly wasn’t responsible enough to interact in that type of forum.

I saw one where this woman (and her cray husband) was taking care of a squirrel like it was their child! She had it in a stroller all in the baby store and everything, and had spent THOUSANDS of dollars on its wardrobe!!
I don’t know what was worse, the squirrel or the people who were ‘adopting’ a baby monkey! they were out buying a car seat, diapers, onesies, bottles, and errthang. I could not believe what i was seeing! (Plus, I’m afraid of monkeys because the WILL snatch your entire face off!) 
I really hope and pray they find this girl alive and unharmed. Parents must do a better job monitoring their child’s online activities. How was she able to pose as a 19 year old on Ok Cupid? Did they not (the parents) check her browsing activity? This is so sad.
