Torrei Hart, Monyetta Shaw and Tameka Raymond, stars of VH1’s Atlanta Exes reality show, appeared on V-103’s Ryan Cameron Morning Show to promote ‘Exes’ which scored a respectable 2.2 million viewers on Monday night.
Hart is still bristling about her ex, Kevin Hart proposing to his fiancé on the same night of her show’s premiere.
In a tense exchange with Ryan’s co-host Wanda Smith, hart explained why she used Visine tears to simulate crying while recalling her troubled marriage to Kevin.
“That was filmed back in January, and I had to relive a moment for the sake of the show,” Hart explained.
Tameka Raymond also admitted reality shows are “just entertainment.”
Critics have accused reality show producers of scripting scenes and manufacturing drama to increase TV ratings.
