NFL legend Deion Sanders may have found a buyer for his 29,000-square-foot mansion north of Dallas, Texas, which was privately listed for $21 million. The 47-year-old Pro Football Hall of Famer is downsizing to a new home.
The 10-bedroom mansion sits on 100 acres of land with a 12-acre lake and a football field. The custom built home boasts an indoor basketball court, bowling alley, indoor and outdoor pools, movie theater, and a 10-car garage. Deion has been trying to sell the amenity-filled house since 2009. He’s been liquidating his vast real estate portfolio after divorcing his high maintenance wife, Pilar Sanders. Deion also sold his luxury Penthouse condo at the Azure in Dallas for $4.8 million in 2012.
