I would rock the hail out of that jumpsuit. But in the words of my Granny…. my mid section is out of control.

I started calorie counting last week. I’m already over my daily allotment by 250 calories. That’s a whole lot of steps to accommodate my dinner.

Folks are getting out of control with these waist trainers. A lady had one on last week, and I could see the hooks through her dress. She looked like an individual pickle with juice when you squeeze it in the middle. All the fat was in her back and hips.

Depends on your body type and how you move (exercise). I eat ALL day. I mean ALL day. I eat raw foods whenever I feel like it. I kill veggies. My foods are lean, and grilled or broiled. I eat a lot of protein because that works for me. I lift alot and I lift heavy. I also do cardio, walk, trot fast-slow alternate, water aerobics, Zumba. Drink half my weight in water oz. and get PLENTY of rest.
