Rejoice ladies, British actor Idris Elba, 43, reportedly split from his baby mama after spending a night with former supermodel-turned-actress Naomi Campbell.
Yahoo Celebrity UK conformed the 43-year-old father-of-2 split from his longtime girlfriend, Naiyana Garth, mother of his son.
“It ended very recently and it’s too soon for her to talk about it,” a source told the paper.
“They’ve kept it very quiet so she’s surprised people know already,” the source added.
“It’s very sad that this has happened while Idris is experiencing the highest points of his professional career and they can’t celebrate it with each other.”
Elba reportedly met Campbell in 2014 and struck up a friendship that escalated to more than friendship.
Garth, a makeup artist by trade, is the mother of Elba’s 22-month-old son Winston.
Elba also has a 13-year-old daughter Isan, who was with him at the recent SAG Awards.
Garth was noticeably absent from Elba’s side at the SAG Awards.
But Campbell, 45, tweeted Elba after he picked up 2 trophies at the awards.
“Congratulations @Idriselba you deserve your double WIN. @SAGawards,” tweeted the home wrecker.
