Everyone is wondering why President Barack Obama’s wrist suddenly went limp during his historic trip to communist Cuba.
Speculation is running wild on social media. Was it a medical problem? Was his limp wrist some sort of message?
Here’s what happened: After a press conference, Fidel Castro’s brother Raul Castro, Cuba’s el presidente, tried to raise Obama’s arm in a triumphant salute. But Obama’s left wrist suddenly went limp. Obama smiled and waved his right hand at the assembled media, as if to say ‘My bad. Don’t worry. This happens often.’
But many Americans — at least on social media — are worried.
