Female impersonators are rejoicing at the news that Spelman College is considering admitting female impersonators to the all-female school.
President Mary Schmidt Campbell announced her controversial plan in a welcome back letter to arriving students.
Campbell is creating something called the transgender task force to make the admission process smoother for men who dress up as women.
The committee will be tasked with developing polices and procedures to house the men and determine which bathroom facilities they will use.
Campbell is probably aware that most transsexuals and transvestites are heterosexual men who are sexually attracted to women, and that 99% of all rapes are committed by men.
The task force will work with Spelman’s vice president of enrollment management to insure the privacy of biological women if men are admitted.
Campbell expects a full report from both groups by the end of the school year.
Other all-female institutions, including Barnard College in New York City, have already opened their doors to female impersonators.
