A Colorado landlord was arrested and charged with felony trespassing after motion detection cameras caught him having sex with another man in his tenant’s bed.
Police say landlord Carlos Quijada, 39, and another man illegally entered the Colorado Springs apartment of Logan Pierce and Mikaela DiGiulio while the married couple was at work.
Four motion detection cameras in the apartment caught Quijada (pictured right) and his partner as they quickly climbed into the couple’s bed.
The Nest security system sent a text message to Pierce’s cell phone alerting him of an intruder in his apartment.
When Pierce checked the camera feeds he saw his landlord and another man removing each other’s pants.
After six minutes of oral and anal sex, Quijada’s partner used one of DiGiulio’s dresses to wipe his genitals.
Pierce told The Smoking Gun he recognized the blue dress as one worn by his wife at the couple’s wedding ceremony in March.
Quijada used another garment to wipe bodily fluid off the bed sheet.
Pierce told TSG that he and DiGiulio rented the $1100-a-month apartment after responding to a Craigslist ad in July.
He said they moved out of the apartment and into a Motel 8, where they both work, after they discovered the landlord was using their residence as a hook-up spot.
The Colorado Springs Police Department charged Quijada with criminal trespassing, a felony, and misdemeanor obscenity.
