Blac Chyna is back on the market. Her attorney, Lisa Bloom, sent a letter to Chyna's ex-boyfriend, Rarri "Ferrari" Carter, threatening legal action if he posts explicit pictures or videos of her on social media.
Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renee White, broke up with Ferrari after he posted photos of her in bed with him on social media to taunt her baby daddy, Robert Kardashian.
Rob, 30, flew into a rage last week after Chyna, 29, sent him a video of her kissing rapper Rarri, aka "Ferrari", real name Dejanel Carter.
In retaliation, Rob posted sexually explicit photos of the mother of his 8-month-old daughter, Dream Kardashian, on social media. The former stripper was granted a restraining on Monday on the basis that Rob's actions violated California's strict "revenge p0rn" law.
Chyna and her lawyer fear that Carter will pull the same stunt as Rob by attempting to shop a sex tape -- now that his meal ticket is gone.
via WENN.com -- According to TMZ.com, her lawyer Lisa Bloom sent him a warning letter shortly afterward insisting they would bring legal action against him if he shared intimate pictures of her. The letter also reminded Rarri that distributing such images without a person's consent "is a crime punishable by fines and jail time".
"This letter is a notice to you that you do not have permission to post online or distribute by any means any sexually explicit photos of Ms. White or of her intimate body parts," it read. "We will not hesitate to seek all civil and criminal remedies against you if you post or distribute such photos in any manner to any person."
According to the site, Rarri is now out of the picture.
