West Virginia Governor Jim Justice announced his plan to change his party affiliation from Democrat to Republican during President Trump’s rally at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington, Virginia.
“[T]omorrow, I will be changing my registration to Republican,” Justice said, as the standing room only crowd roared.
“[Democrats] hurt a lot of people,” he said. “We hurt our vets and our teachers and our disabled and our weak and we walked away from the old… [T]he Democrats walked away from me… I can’t help you anymore being a Democrat governor.”
Justice slammed the Democratic Party for their ongoing obsession with the Russians.
“[W]hat in the world is wrong us as people? Have we not heard enough about the Russians?” he asked the cheering crowd.
Justice, 66, also mentioned the Dow Jones stock market index which closed above the 22,000 mark for the the first time in history on Wednesday.
“I mean, to our God in heaven above think about it, the stock market’s at 22,000. And this country has hope. And we’re on our way.”
Justice also stated, “[Trump] has made us, as common, everyday Americans, feel good and be proud of who we are.”
The 34 Republican governors now have the 2/3 majority they need to force term limits on greedy Congress members, such as Rep. Maxine Waters (D-California), who continue to win elections but do nothing for their constituency.
